From the very moment I checked in, everyone was kind and welcoming. They were all extremely helpful and patient. I was always greeted with a smile, and anything I needed was there. The breakfast is lovely, with lots of options, and there is good variety each day. There is a wonderful egg station and fresh juice each day. Perfect way to start! The room itself was clean and comfortable. Room service was excellent! The entire hotel was very clean and very secure. I highly recommend staying here in Addis - the price is very reasonable too! Will be back!

The hotel is in a busy part of Bole, so each morning when the city started moving, it was difficult to stay awake. However, I was able to use a white noise app on my phone and there were no more issues. At night it is very quiet, so not a huge thing overall.

More than wonderfu⁦l❤️. A cooperative staff who cares about your comfort and meeting your requests. As for the hotel manager, Mr. Sirak, it is difficult to do justice to him. He stands by himself with his nice smile over everything.

The location is in a safe area, and the hotel is newly built with great staff . especially the ladies on reception are doing great job. Mr. Sirik the manager is also good guy.

Internet is a bit slow on which management is keen to improve.

We loved the big comfortable Suite. It was neat and clean. The rooftop bar is a beautiful place to enjoy the view and have some cold drinks. Thanks to the lovely staff.

Nothing everything was fine.

The room was comfortable. There was free airport shuttle bus service, the hotel was close to the airport. The room was tidy and clean.

The night staff’s English was not good but they tried their best to help me.

Great option near the airport. Rooms are clean. Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The manager (who speaks english fluently) in particular provided great service by assisting us in getting around. Free efficient airport pickup and drop off. Highly recommend

The restaurant at the rooftop with city view was superb .Staff are very friendly!!

The Internet is a bit not stable it goes on and off most of the time. For someone who relies on WiFi it is a bit challenging otherwise the rest is on point.
