The staff are amazing in the way they handle their customers. The facility is excellent , especially the front desk, the bell man and the restaurant staff - they are all outstanding.

Comfortable room-photos are accurate. Airport shuttle good. Some of the personel are really professional and pro active.

the management needs to make sure all equipment working well and fix what is not. Restaurant food needs improvement in terms of quality

The staff is very friendly and helpful, great tips on where to go as well as getting some amharic lessons with some of them if you want. The hotel is just a ride away from the main attractions in addis, and the food at the hotel is really good and fairly priced. will definitely come back to this hotel when I travel for work

the desk space in the room is a little limited, so not practical to work, but the wifi is great in the restaurant and i ended up working there.

Close to Bole so very good for overnights flights. Close to KOBA patisserie and many restaurants, shops, and also a supermarket.

They are renovating some buildings in the road so it can be busy, but this is also normal in Addis!

Nice big, clean room, relatively quiet in the middle of the city. TV worked, including YouTube and foreign channels. There was always hot water, good water pressure even on the fifth floor. They have a well sized spa section, clean enough, if a little bit dark. Swimming pool is good, yes, the water is about 28 Celsius, but it's for swimming, not relaxing. Sauna worked well, steam was currently out of order. Swimming pool and sauna is included in the room price, spa treatments are extra.

All was well, but it's true that for a 4 star hotel the breakfast is a bit simple. There are many dogs in the area barking during the night, but this is not the hotel's mistake. All in all, definitely worth the price, especially because of the spa.

Location is quite safe and very good. Spacious room as i was upgraded. Staff are very friendly. I might stay again in this hotel

the sauna/ steam bath in the room is not working properly. Make sure it was properly fixed prior to serve in the guest.

For addis ababa,this place is worth the buck you pay

locality is in the centre of addis,but there is nodisturbance from traffic.

Abit more variety (international cuisine) would be helpful in the breakfast menu but overall it was an good experience
