The breakfast was amazing the service was warm the location is nice because it’s behind sheger building so you don’t hear the sound of cars ruining by and the atmosphere was nice I would definitely recommend this to other people and I would surely come again thank you !

I had a fantastic stay at Medal Hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the environment was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to assist. Their kindness truly made my experience memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking excellent service and a clean, relaxing place to stay!

We unfortunately missed the breakfast but could still have tea & coffee all day. The owners & staff were extremely helpful & nothing was too much trouble, taking extra care to keep our toddler entertained in the lobby. When we were leaving we struggled to get a taxi to the airport so the owner dropped us in his own car, truly going above and beyond.

We didn’t have any issues.

The staff were all excellent specially the manager called Senai I hope I got her name correct. I enjoyed my time at medal Hotel they have accommodated each and every request. I will return soon

Too many mosquitoes in my room.

The location is good,,convenient for transport, restaurants, shops, very safe.service is good, reliable staff, helpful and kind atmosphere Definitely will come back.
