The location was close to the airport and close to so many shops, I could get my nails done, go to different restaurants and find night clubs 5 minutes away. The buffet breakfast was delicious. My favorite part is their spa. I used their steam room, which was clean and smelled like Eucalyptus, I also did a pedicure and Swedish massage and the prices were amazing!

I didn't eat in the restaurant, and I didn't actually sleep over. I took the room in order to have a rest and a shower before my evening flight out of the capital. I was entirely pleased with the size and cleanliness of the room.

While there was tea provided in the room, there was no coffee. This was disappointing because Ethiopia is quite famous for coffee, and because I enjoy drinking coffee.

Harmony Hotel was very comfortable. I felt very at home tree. Great location. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Not so much as didn't like, but the construction was ok. I get it as all of Ethiopia is going through a transformation. I look forward to the finished product.

Excellent recreational facility; gym, spar, and all htel staff very welcoming and hospitable (reception, cleaners, restaurant, gym coaches, hotel shops, security) I'll certainly like to come.back for rest and refreshment, Harmony gave me.a wonderful impression of Addis , as first-time visitor to the city. I saw an award certificate somewhere that Harmony was first hotel to receive recognition for hospitality, I fully agree it's a well deserved award!

Security threat by "criminals" who loiter around the hotel and want to take advantage of unsuspecting hotel guests. I would have liked to walk around and appreciate the wonderful Addis city but twice I tried there were people following me insisting to offer things I had no interest but clearly with bad intentions. However, full credit to the Harmony management for putting warning messages in the guest rooms about such potentiial crimimal actvity, only that I saw it late when I'd already gone through this bad experience twice and I decided to remain in doors and enjoy the excellent hotel facilities.

I got a nice clean spacious corner room. The food was nice, with a variety covering both traditional and international cuisine. The staff treated us to cake and a coffee ceremony.

Wi-fi was very weak, with intermittent disconnections. Sometimes the staff did not respond to phone calls, prompting me to walk to the reception to ask them to correct something in the room.

Harmony Hotel is probably one of the best hotels in the world, with an enormous breakfast buffet that amazed me every day, a big warm watered swimming pool and also a smaller one for the little children where they can even learn to swim, a gigantic fitness, wellness center, beauty salon, laundry service... And overall brilliant facilities. I really miss being in Harmony Hotel, because I had the best time of my life there! I will definitely come back! And a big thank you to Qidus, who did everything to make me feel at home! 🙏🏽

If they would have given me hotel direct line to book hotel with good rate, not through booking.com. As I will be staying for 15 days every 3 months.

Location is central to the city. A lot of restaurants are in the area and taxis are available at any time and very cheap.

Massage, steam bath and sauna are available, Fully equipped gym with swimming pool. The hotel has shops and ticket office. There is someone available to help you all the time.

I had a very large room after an upgrade. The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I used the gym and was satisfied with it

I noticed that its a big hotel so there is a shortage of staff so your room service will takes time to reach you
