I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely professional, always friendly, and truly willing to help with anything. They went above and beyond to solve every problem quickly and with a smile, which made me feel very well taken care of. The breakfasts were excellent – delicious, fresh, and wonderfully varied, with something for everyone. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds- couldn't be more happy. A special thank you to Tsion, whose kindness and dedication made my stay even more enjoyable. She did everything she could to ensure I felt comfortable and happy throughout my time at the hotel. If you wonder where you should stay, then here is your answer. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect.

Location was good, just a few minutes from airport and an easy 5-10 minute walk to a main shopping street. Area felt safe. Sidewalk was mainly dirt so a bit messy when raining. Hotel staff very helpful. Breakfast was generous and good with omelette cooked to order and lots of other hot dishes plus fruit, bread and pastries. Good shuttle service to airport.

Everything was fine - it is not a resort but just a very good hotel.

All the staff at this hotel were very friendly, attentive and helpful. They made me feel really welcome. The breakfast was very good. The food of lunch and dinner options was also very good (but not exceptional). Portion sizes were generous. The room was well equipped and clean and the bed was very comfortable. There are several good bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel and a pharmacy immediately opposite.

The water flow in the shower in the bathroom was a bit weak and the water temperature often fluctuated - though always on the hot side. There is no well-stocked supermarket within easy walking distance and no garden or outside space within the hotel itself.

I absolutely enjoy my stay at the BW Plus Pearl - the staff is extremely friendly and attentive, the hotel is in a very convenient location (close to the airport but you’re also very fast in the city), breakfast was nice and I also enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant. The rooms are big, the bed is comfortable and everything is clean. Big plus is the coffee shop at the ground floor where I enjoyed a fantastic coffee and a very delicious cake. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to other fellow travelers!

I stayed here for one night, but I made more use of this hotel than that implies. I arrived on a morning domestic flight and came to the hotel. After dining out for lunch nearby, I returned to the hotel but started to experience traveler’s illness, so I spent the afternoon and night in bed, getting up early in the morning. For such an event, it was surely a blessing to have such a comfortable hotel. As I was better in the morning, I had a very good early morning breakfast and made it to the airport on the hotel’s shuttle in less than ten minutes. Fundamentally, I cannot fault Pearl Addis on a single thing. It was first-rate, as far as I am concerned.

I love the location of the Hotel, the historical centers, such as the church near the hotel. Restaurants, shopping mall, access to Taxi and many other things. I enjoyed the service provided by the Reservation Manageria inl person of Ms. Tsion. Many thanks to you and your team of staff. You are excellent professionals. Thank you ma'am. I am glad I took your advise to take a city tour. I love that as well. I enjoyed the breakfast alot. All the staff seem to be in good spirit, ready and willing to help. My stay was enjoyable. One more time, thanks to the reservation manager, Ms. Tsion, for your assistant making sure I had everything I needed in my room during my stay. I sure will recommend your hotel to my friends, families and coworkers. Thank you.

You can put more weight, bumbell, at the gym like 25, 30, 35 pounds and higher. Thank you for everything else.

I really love the location of the hotel and the staff are so supportive and welcoming! The hospitality of everyone is amazing ! Tsion who is in charge of the my booking and Mr Sentayehu who served us in them restaurant often were fantastic! Nothing much may be more variety of breakfast option would make things perfect.

The staff was a highlight. They were incredibly helpful at every step of the way. They went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of, assisting us with transport arrangements and advising us on the local way of life. The rooms were nice and quiet and the beds were comfortable. The wifi worked well.

The breakfast wasn't great. It is in serious need of reassessment. The bathrooms have a terrible drain smell, which I think is a general issue in Addis but a bit unpleasant.

Excellent cook in restaurant very friendly and efficient staff There was a sanitation problem in my room which took technically a bit longer to finally solve but staff was very helpful and correct, and gave some compensation. They also immediately proposed to change rooms, which was not necessary for me. Excellent shuttle service to airport to get and bring back, 5 mins from airport

There was some outside airco noise, but this is not clear if this was from this Hotel or nearby.

Everything was just perfect. Communication prior to booking was exceptional, airport pickup up and drop off was smooth. All my requests were met adequately. Staff in all department were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and the bed was excellent. The hotel is very close to the airport...Best of all the room was noisy free being on the 7th floor.

I don't have any negative remarks to make...however the choices at breakfast may need a bit of continental variety.
