Considering that I live in Addis Ababa and for some work at home, me and my wife we was in need of one nite out from our home, cause no shower ready and some dust around, we have taken casually Moonlight Hotel and we have been very satisfied from everything's and specially from everyone, the stuff is very polite and welcoming and ready to satisfy ur requests, the rooms are clean and cute, the food from their own restaurant deserve, we used their restaurant service for launch, dinner and its was very very good and the price is really affordable considering and looking at how much the cost of the life is going up here in Addis, anyway I will not be here longer to explain my experience but for those who will read mine I can say that from now on, each of my Italian members family or friends that will come in Addis will be sent directly and without hesitation to stay at Moonlight Hotel 101% sure!!!!! Moonlight Hotel thank you so much for welcome me and my wife and take care of us very properly. I'll come back definitely with eyes closed as us Italians we use to say. Ps....the breakfast is perfect and abundant too I swear, and just to add, there is also a nice bar area where you can drink and chill relaxed. Andrea and Bety 🇮🇹🇪🇹

That I had to stay only one nite!!!! Wish I was a Tourist and have like 1 or 2 weeks of reservation. 😂😉

I really appreciate my stay at this hotel. Great wifi connection and choice of different channels on television. The room was well cleaned as well as the bathroom. And complimentary breakfast was good and healthy. Lastly, there's a shuttle to drop guests off at the airport.

I came during the Fifa world cup, so it was extremely noisy throughout the hotel. But that was expected during this time.

Quiet hotel and the staffs are nice. I still remember some of them Abdoalmjed , Beaty .

The left sometimes does not work also some rooms need to fix the heating system

All staff from security staff to cleaning staffs all amazing there food ( Menu) and there price reasonable and fair. Breakfast is good service is good!

Excellent staff except someone behind the reception counter off course there is excellent receptionist like “Fiker” but some stuff need training with customer service and to be honest to there customers.

The room is clean

I request pillow and towels but they don't have extra pillow and they told me to bring towels but nobody bring towels.

Nice place . Staff always available to attend to my needs. Staff ready to take show me around the neighborhood. Was about to buy some natural fruits around . It was a good experience. I want to do it again with friends and Family.

Nothing much or personal. I dont eat vegetables. They do more of vegetables which is very normal and healthy. I guess I am the abnormal hehehe.

The Chef is very professional Man. If we had a private chef, he would only give such good service. All the staff are very kind and smile face.
