The price is very good! We liked the room, it is spacious enough, the bed and chairs are comfortable. There are a big mirror and space for make up and such. The bathroom had a hairdryer and big mirror as well. The water and electricity worked excerpt for one day, the power cuts were very short so it didn’t bother us at all. There is very good food - breakfast is free and rich, then lunch and dinner for very good prices. The staff is very friendly and willing to improve everything. Our favorite were the manager, the man working at night in the restaurant, the lady who makes coffee in the lobby.

For someone who spends a longer period there, the wardrobe is the only thing that is useless in the room: there are no shelves, you can’t manipulate hangers - we kept all the clothes on the chairs to have access. We had to wait and repeat our requests for them to happen: for the toilet paper, towels or laundry; the laundry had a funky smell and the whites were a bit blueish when we got them or the staff knocked to bring towels after midnight. The staff sometimes make up little white lies to get out of unpleasant situations. Keep you receipts and ask them to write on them what you are paying for (days, laundry, etc.). All these small things have been remedied with consistent feedback.

I stayed 4 nights and it was a comfortable stay. The hotel usually remains fully occupied. The best thing is breakfast buffet with delicious items. Electricity and hot water is available all the times. Hotel staff especially manager is very helpful, friendly and a nice person.

There were some insects in the room which usually appear at night. Also I would suggest to add atleast 1 dish in the buffet from india- pak side.

The breakfast was good as well as the location of the hotel was close to the Bole International Airport.

The internet connectivity used in the payment of hotel bill at the POS was interrupted so it appeared the payment was not reflected in the hotel account when the bill had been deducted from my account. Internet service provider should improve the bandwidth.

The rooms do not have air conditioner so some rooms are hotter than others in sunny days depending on the position. The staff was kind enough to upgrade me to a deluxe room which was bigger and cooler.

The hotel is centrally located, The breakfast was good. The hotel Manager was very helpful.

The road towards the hotel is not in very good condition. There is nothing to worry about this as the driver did not complain.

Free shuttle very good! Buffet Breakfast very good! With a cooker to make your eggs. Only natural juices every morning. Room is big with nice balcony. Location is walkable to Bole, but street is without pavement. Security 24 hours in front. They hold my luggage for some days while i was travelling in other cities, very nice! Special congrats to Ebi, the driver, the lady of coffee ceremony and the chef of the restaurant/breakfast.

Shower temperature cold be hotter.

Loved overall experience of my stay at this hotel and staff was amazingly helpful. We missed our bus from Hawassa to Addis Ababa to check-in on time at the hotel, and hotel staff was kind enough to move our bookings to the next day for our arrival. Would love to stay at this property again and again even though breakfast setup was not upto the mark.

Excellent Staff and pleasant. They were very welcoming and accommodating. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. This place is managed by a Great Kind manager, Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bole - Addis Ababa
