We had a wonderful stay at De Leopol. Everything was to our satisfaction! Location of the hotel fitted perfectly for our needs. Close to city center and many attractions. Thanks to the most welcoming and friendly staff, we were very well looked after. The room was clean and properly serviced by housekeeping. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast menu was exceptional. Daily a new variety of hot and cold items. Front desk service was always friendly and helpful. Recommended!

They forgot picking me up at the airport despite earlier wiritten confirmation and a reminder from met. That was serious. Getting the boarding pass printed at the reception takes half an hour. Keycards expire too early. Receptionists forget, do not follow up or are unable and despite the friendly smiles not really interested when it comes down to it. But in Ethiopian context you should not be surprised, just reserve PLENTY extra time for your logistics. Signs of backlog maintenance on switches, plugs and taps. No desk in the room where you can sit for an hour without backage.

Nice firm bed. Hot tub. Interesting decoration. Nice setting and bar. Helpful staff. Nice supermarket nrxt door. Close to Greek Club & not far from Meskel Sq. and African Jazz Village.

A few things in the room needed repair.. lock, loose faucet, missing light bulb above sink (replaced quickly). Pool heater not working.

I had a morning flight and they allowed me to check in very early. I was picked up and dropped off at the airport with a free hotel shuttle. The staff allowed me to add one more night to my stay very easily - and Joel and all the staff at the front desk were very friendly. We had a dinner for over 15 people at their lobby - it was beautiful and everyone had a great experience.

The elevator did not work many days and I had to take the stairs. My room did not have cups for tea or spoons. The carpet needed some extra vacuuming. Breakfast was not amazing.

The whole service was exceptional with friendly staff. We ate Ethiopian cuisine for breakfast almost daily, which is appreciated. I loved the room as it was always clean with provision of sleepers & toothbrushes. We also loved the premises with a cozy bar for watching the soccer world cup, and there's a lot of improvements to upkeep the place to a better standard.

I think the water temperature takes too long to get hot and this can be a waste of water when one waits for the temperature to get to hot.

It's the second time we stay here, the location is great, on the main street but sort of tucked away. There is a sense of space in the middle of Addis. Walking distance to Kasanchis and Meskel Square.

The breakfast is a bit slow, even when not busy. But scrambled eggs are very good!

The location is excellent, just off a main street, tucked away so quieter. The building is a bit open style, with some open space which is very pleasant in the busy city of Addis. All the staff was really friendly and helpful. The food was very good! The room very spacious and the bed/bedsheets extremely comfortable.

The food was amazing and the staff as well were very polite.

I stayed in Leopold for 19 days and it was wonderful stay. Personals was amazing , friendly and helpful, rooms very well designed and clean. Breakfasts were tasty and fresh. Moreover, great location next to Bambis supermarket and walking distance to center. One of the best hotels I stayed in.
