Had a great stay at Elily Hotel. The whole experience was just lovely, everything was clean, peaceful, and well taken care of. Big thanks to Tewodros for the warm welcome and kindness throughout. Special thanks to Habib for his top-notch service. Really appreciated the flexibility during Ramadan, especially with sohour — it made a big difference. And of course, thanks to all the hotel staff for making the experience so smooth and comfortable. Hope to come back again!

This property was all I wanted after a hectic week of camping. The location itself is one of the best thing. The staff are so kind and welling to do whatever it takes to make your trip a unforgettable one. Clean rooms, detailed room service keepers. I was about to book the king room when Mr. Tewodros offered his intrusion in choosing the Jr. Suite for a remarkable ending of my trip. His customer obsession and dedication to deliver the best results added the perfect finishing of this trip.

It is nice hotel, enjoy it

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes. The hotel maintained good cleanliness standards, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything tidy. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making sure every need was met. The location is convenient, and the hotel offers a relaxing pool area. The location was excellent, with plenty of nice coffee shops, pastry shops, small mini-markets, and cafes nearby - perfect for exploring and enjoying the local atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was attentive.

Hotel was fantastic, perfect for my 4 nights stay. I immediately felt like at home. The hotel is very well situated. I stayed in the hotel for a seminar that I gave and the facilities and equipment were perfect. The seminar room was spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities necessary. The service was top notch. A special thanks to the hotel manager who always went the extra mile to make sure we had all we needed. He even povided me with a replacement charger for my laptop as mine failed unexpectedly. Thank you really for that. Thank you also to all the hotel personnel who always cared to make my stay so special. Everyone was so helpful and smily. I will definitely go back there for my next visit.

Staff are helpful and food is amazing

The hotel is quite comfortable in all its spaces. The room was huge, very clean, and with nice furniture. The bed was quite comfortable. The walk-in closet was very useful to organize my stuff. The bathroom was very spacious. The breakfast was very varied, with plenty of tasty options for all kinds of tastes. The Wi-Fi was stable and strong, so it allowed me to work from my room without any glitches. The location of the hotel was quite convenient for me, as it was located next door to my workplace for the days in Addis Ababa. The staff of the hotel was super friendly all the time.

Though I had requested the airport shuttle service, it seems due to a miscommunication the driver was not there on time. So I had to take a taxi until the hotel. Not a big deal, but not what had been agreed beforehand. The postive side: the hotel manager apologized for the issue and compensated me with some tasty treats and with a a shuttle service back to the airport on my leave. That aside, the only thing I didn't like in my room was the placement of the toilet. It was located so close to the sinks cabinet that it made it a bit uncomfortable to sit.

I loved my stay at Elilly Hotel. Conveniently located in the heart of Addis Ababa. They gave me complimentary transport from the airport. The staff were friendly and the room was really spacious and cosy. The breakfast was plentiful with options. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Everything was quite good. Only recommendation is to avail a "do not disturb" for rooms. Else the rooms and service were spectacular!

The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to assist. Security was important to the hotel.

(1) More variety in breakfast to accomodate foreign guests. (2) could not bring food or beverages into the hotel... even items such as wine which was not intended to be consumed during stay at hotel. Latter items had to be left with front desk staff.
