Yeovil the staff member is exceptional kind and he is very helpful upsides of the hotel: great breakfast options staff helped me with hand mirror, microwave, replaced fridge and also provide me additional water where needed down sides: only down side is walls are not 100% sound proof i just hope they make them more sound proof which can help in restful sleep , as the bar and restaurant are in the centre of the building one cna hear loud noises through out and can be disturbing at times i am definitely going to come to this place again on condition they make rooms soundproof and also bit more lightning is required in the hotel rooms may be a bit of higher volts there was also construction work going on next to the hotel so the noise in the night times was a bit too much while sleeping, i really hope hotel can sort them out soonish and also shower in the bathroom needs some fixing as they were no way yo put the water in the moderate, it was either too hot or too cold, thats it really other wise nice cute hotel and really budget friendly and great support staff who look after you well.

not enough lightning and walls are not sound proof

I stayed for a night at first to check if it passes my criteria and thereafter I extended further for 2 nights. Breakfast has changing menu everyday and Spa was great too. A bit crowded sometimes since there are membership holders as well (which ensures they maintain it regularly), warm pool. My room was overseeing main road and insulation was not bad. staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle provided on both ways. Would surely recommend.

I would like to mention few staff members here specially who made my travel and stay a wonderful experience...from travel desk - Keder, driver- Firaol, Reception - Sisay gobeze and Danite solomon

It may take several minutes for hot water to reach you, which could be inconvenient if you're in a rush and need it immediately. If you're from Ethiopia, please be cautious because they have an unusual policy that only they adhere to, which stipulates that anyone who books through booking.com must pay in foreign currency. Despite being against government regulations, I had to spend nearly two hours discussing this matter. Eventually, Ms. Samrawit was able to resolve my issue, but they refused to let me rebook through booking.com unless I paid in foreign currency. Since I only had local currency, I had to leave the hotel and book different one.

We got a very nice spacious room upgrade with a balcony. The rooms are nice and large. Overall the hotel offers good value for money by Addis satndards.

The mattresses were quite hard. I was missing the Gideon bible in my room.

Clean rooms stuffed with great amnesties; professional & friendly staff; great swimming pool that kept our kids stuck in enjoyment for hours; at last but now least great room service (having all the good stuff from the luxury breakfast at the living room of the apartment hotel was the highlight of our stay).

The hotel was excellent! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service was great. I really enjoyed my stay — everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized.

The location was ideal, the room was big and well maintained, breakfast was heavy with a variety of food items and Wifi was excellent. I found the heated swimming pool a great place to relax after a heavy day's work.

The hôtel staff is very welcoming, gentle and professional. The ambiance is very calm and favorable for rest in the thrilling city of Addis Abeba. The rooftop swimming pool is a must as well as gym and Sauna. I particularly appreciated the quality of the services provided by restaurant and desk managers.
