Everything is excellent: free parking, very nice and helpful staff, very comfortable beds, clean everywhere, delicious breakfasts, a great restaurant with delicious food and a rich wine list, and above all with competent waiters. Special thanks to Mart !!! The tap water is perfect to drink and the free daily glass of wine is a hit. Perfect base for a few days to explore the Faroe Islands and not far from Torshavn town centre. I will definitely come back here. Thank you very much.

》 The hot tub area is not really inviting (placed at the side of the parking lot). 》 price is high (round about 200 €per night without breakfast or dinner) -- compared to other Hotels I stayed for this price, I'd rate it as a 150-170€ per night. Would book again if less than 200 € per night

The location is great, (opposite the national football stadium) out of the city centre but only a short walk away. Alternatively, an even shorter free bus ride if you don't fancy walking. We stayed last year and returned for our honeymoon. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and will make sure that you have the best stay. Their friendly nature adds to the calm atmosphere around the bar and reception area. The breakfast choice is vast which is another huge plus and the facilities are great with a gym and hot tubs. Wine hour is a nice initiative too.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient proximity to supermarkets and a lovely view of Torshavn. It offers complimentary parking, spacious and well-maintained rooms, and clean facilities, including a fitness studio and sauna. The breakfast was satisfactory. Additionally, complimentary drinks are available from five to six in the afternoon. However, the most outstanding aspect of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. The service provided, particularly by the Filipino staff, was exceptional, characterized by their friendliness and attentiveness. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to return in the future.

The staff was super welcoming at the desk and helped us every way they could, getting our visit off on the right foot. Charming little room, comfy bed, really great shower, though the provided toilitries were a bit lacking. Everything was clean and felt reasonably new. We were greeted with champaign and fruit and chocolate in our room, such a nice touch. Loved the restaurant; we had their three course meal paired with wine, exceptional service and food, a really romantic evening. Breakfast was quite good too. Needless to say, you can't beat the setting.

The rain and especially wind, but what can you do? That's what we get for going in February.

Pretty much everything. The location of the hotel is perfect as it's out from the centre but very accessible by foot (10 minutes down hill) or you can take a bus with a stop just outside the hotel. There's so much choice for breakfast which is great as it allows you to have something different everyday if you wish to. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Essentially, everything is great and I definitely recommend it.

Nothing really. The only slight thing which isn't a criticism as it was more of an oversight was that the shower gel container was left empty for a couple of nights and the bath mat was removed and not replaced for part of our stay. However, once I made the staff aware of this it was sorted. Like I say this isn't really a negative and didn't impact our visit.

I liked the location, being elevated and short walk into town, and very close to the National Art Museum. The hotel had a fresh contemporary vibe and loved the painting done by Faroe Island artist Edward Fuglo over our bed. Also appreciated the wine hour and found the lobby cozy and charming. Buffet breakfast was good though I would have loved to have some bagels with cream cheese to use with the fantastic salmon. I found the staff very helpful especially one young lady who helped us out with delivering our pizza and getting us a portable heater.

I felt the room could have been a little toastier in its temperature warmth. And, as mentioned above would have loved to have a bagel to toast with cream cheese with capers and take advantage of your delicious salmon.

Very nice hotel and rooms with a modern feel. Well laid out desk and luggage storage and the "cozy" lighting in the rooms is really neat. The dining area for breakfast and dinner looked very nice, although I did not make use of them (got my own food or went to other restaurants). Plenty of parking around the hotel and a very fast drive to downtown Torshavn, or maybe 15-20 minutes to walk (I did both).

Overall the room was great, I'm really just nitpicking here. It would be nice if the minibar wasn't completely full so that guests can put their own items in the refrigerator. The hallway had a slight smell of mushrooms (food), perhaps from the dining area down the hall. The rear entrance at bottom floor is not secure, the door was unlocked at all hours (there was a room key FOB there, but it wasn't needed to open the door). These items did not detract from my stay at all.

My room was delayed by a few hours, but the hotel staff informed us in a kind way and offered a wonderful 3 course dinner. When informed it was my girlfriends birthday they made it extra special with some bubbles, chocolate, fruits and welcome wine. All in all great hospitality when things didn’t go according to plan as they sometimes do. The restaurant was also very accommodating to allergies and dietary restrictions and also brought a flag for the aforementioned birthday which was very appreciated.

The hotel more than met our needs and had more or less everything we need. We didn't have the breakfast but it was a 15 mins walk to the harbour where there were a couple of places we could use. The free wine between 5 and 6 was a nice touch and the room was pleasant all be it a little warm.

Though it didn't bother us there was the national stadium next door so you may want to be aware if a big match is on. However it's not Wembley and going to watch a match would be fun.
