When I initially arrived, there was discrepancies about my expectations for and what the property incorrectly described in its marketing materials as appliances associated with a "kitchenette" specifically a functioning stovetop in a Studio apartment. After I pointed out these inconsistencies, including pulling information directly from the hotel's website, the local site management relocated me to another completely satisfactory room, a Studio Executive apartment, that met my expectations. The receptionist staff were friendly and professional to my requests for information about the area. I very much appreciated the day manager generously offered to drive me to an important appointment when a taxi the hotel had ordered for me failed to appear on time. I know this was an exceptional circumstance, but really appreciated this extra attention to client service.

As noted above, the hotel management and website team should make sure that they are explicit and consistent on their website and other marketing materials about the differences of what kitchen appliances are available in each of their respective rooms options.

Nice spacious room. Very comfortable. I used the laundry and was very impressed that there was also washing powder available for free. Great central location with convenient parking for my rental car. Small kitchenette with small fridge and microwave etc, which was very useful. So too was the iron and ironing board in my room, and room safe.

How to get into the car park was not communicated well at the time of booking. The batteries in my tv remote were flat, but I decided not to get them replaced as had other thing to do than watch tv. No hand towel in my room. A lot of homeless men very close outside the hotel which, as a solo female traveller, made me feel uneasy about leaving the hotel for a walk. No complimentary bottled water.

Loved my stay here in this hidden gem. My room was well appointed and comfortable. the TV channels offering movies were great and being able to jump out onto the balcony and see the world go past was so interesting. Close to shops and there is a food court on the second level, very convenient. The views across the bay are stunning too.

A little more detail on how to check in. You need to enter the multi level carpark located off Pratt Street and go to Level 5 where reception is. Once you are there everything is so much easier but when I first drive past, I could not see how to check in!

Great location. Great staff. Very functional and comfortable room where everything worked.

The wifi connection was not great, and I tended to toggle off my phone rather than use the hotel internet. While the rooms are very functional, they're also a little sterile.

Location is right in the heart of Suva and surrounded by shops. Room was quiet with good facilities, very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and able to assist with locating things we needed.

No swimming pool. Gym had no windows and smelled like it needed fresh air and a good clean. Some equipment was not working. No breakfast or bar/communal areas onsite.

The staff were extremely helpful & friendly, & the location was a convenient walk from places we wished to visit.

There were a couple things entirely outside the control of Quest Suva. The first was advice we read that we should not go out in the area after dark, because of crime considerations. The other was that Quest Suva is located in a very busy part of the city, so driving to it can be stressful. We did, though, appreciate the oasis of calm & friendliness that Quest Suva & its staff provided.

Great location to the grocery stores, easy walking around to the harbor and shops. Friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. Easy access to car parking and access to the reception. Soundproof rooms and general view from our balcony was good. Fully functional kitchen for easy cooking of meals.

Little more signage to navigate you to the main entrance.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Laundry & kitchen facilities in the room were excellent. Very comfortable room.

Air conditioning was barely adequate: seemed to only moderately cool the room. TV did not work (very poor reception: image and sound quality unuseable). Alarm clock in the room did not work at all.

Good sized room with well equipped kitchen. Very glad to have the balcony even if it was overlooking the main street. Noise was surprisingly not a problem with the door shut. Glad to have laundry facilities.

Check in was difficult at the weekend. It was hard to find reception from the street and unclear that it is on the 5th floor of the building and you need to use the intercom (which looks broken).

Location was great. Central and within walking distance to almost everything

Ensure room is done up and TP is replenished. Not a big issue, but my room wasn't cleaned one day and I had run out of tp. After a day of being out and about, one would want to come back to a done up room.
