The employees are amazing! Kitchen is really good with great food. People went all out to make us happy. We even got a cake for our 1 year anniversary. It has a beautiful clean pool and the resort is very calm and relaxing. I loved the nature setting of the resort. Daily cleaning of the rooms was perfect!

The entire resort is very clean; the gardens are lovely and well maintained. The staff were polite and happy to help. The breakfast was excellent with a good range of food served. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We went on the Vanua river eco tour from the resort. The staff booked it for us and we were picked up from the resort. The tour, BTW, was the best thing we’ve done in Fiji.

The dinner menu is limited as is the wine and beer list.

The hotel has a charming colonial style. The river-view rooms were clean and comfortable, with a TV that includes Netflix and YouTube access. Breakfast is included and consists of scrambled eggs, potatoes, toasts with butter, some fruit, beans and coffee/tea. The restaurant offers lunch and dinner at reasonable prices and the food is tasty. There are also daily specials — for example, prawns for FJD 11. There’s one swimming pool on the property. The hotel is about a 25-minute walk or a 3–4 minute drive from the center of Pacific Harbour. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially those in the restaurant.

We had a lovely view of the sunrise from our bed, that was such a nice surprise. The resort doesn't look like much from outside but actually is quite nice inside. The breakfast was great, there was a lot of variety with the food. There weren't many people staying when we were here - it seemed like it was just our group and one other man. The pool was a nice temperature. It was right next door to the dive centre that we were diving at.

Felt like there were quite a lot of chemicals in the pool - I came out feeling like my skin was very dry. The shower head was a bit strange - felt like the water came out in every direction except where I wanted it to go.

Breakfast was delicious, staff was wonderful, made me feel right at home Special thanks to Seta and chef for helping with dietary concerns!

Need to drive to the beach, no real outside restaurants

Was a little hard to find - even after asking locals.

From the warm welcome until we left, we appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. Vinaka to Solo who answered our questions as we explored potential options for future conferences. The breakfast was well beyond our expectations! We were treated to a full cooked breakfast, all of which was served very graciously. Very elegant service and we enjoyed the experience as well as the delicious food. The room was comfortable and spacious also.

Our stay was just one night! Too short!

The staff were welcoming, warm and always helpful. They were very committed to their work and proud of the redevelopment of the hotel. The view was lovely. It was spotless. Compared to other places in the area it was very well priced.

The furniture is a little tired. They are fixing the place up after a long closure so it is still a work in progress especially along the river front. It’s a long way to other places to eat and difficult to walk anywhere but in the road.

While the facility was quite old and required significant maintenance, its expansive size and stunning views truly set it apart from other newer facilities in the country. A highlight was the restaurants' willingness to adapt: despite not initially having vegetarian food, the staff were incredibly helpful and quickly added these choices to their menu.

Our honeymoon stay was exceptional! From the moment we checked in until we checked out, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well hosted. Special shout out to Barnabas, Rishta, Vili, and top chefs Mohamed and Epi! The location is perfect for relaxation. Although the hotel is not the newest (and to our understanding it will be renovated soon), the staff will definitely make your stay memorable!
