There is nothing positive to say about this hotel other than its location.

The room was dirty especially the toilet. I asked for even though the booking included breakfast. Adding to this some of my purchases in Fiji were stolen fresh towels constantly and they were replaced after I emphasised that I had already been staying for 4 days. The staff were rude and did not listen. Breakfast was not provided as they said I needed to get a voucher, but they did not explain how to get voucher or where from. When I asked, I was given different information from different staff. I could not be bothered with them, so I went and bought my own breakfast. I had bought items whilst in Fiji and had noticed they had been stolen by the staff. There were no facilities for making a cup of coffee, not even a glass for drinking water. No microwave.

I understand the rooms have been recently upgraded. There's still the smell of wet concrete lingering in the rooms. Aside from that it's a huge upgrade from the old studio 6 apartments. Congratulations to the team!

I liked the daily room servicing. We'd go for breakfast and by the time we'd be back, the room was cleaned.

Wish you had a restaurant

The great service provided by the staff. The first room I had, had a leaky shower. They immediately switched me to another room. The staff also graciously invited us back to check the room (after we checked out) because we forgot an item. Was really impressed with the friendly staff and service! The room size is great when compared to the price you pay. Especially the bathroom! I enjoyed how the bathroom was not too cramped but decently sized.

Our bed had bed bugs, which came from the bed base when we checked. So we just slept on the floor because we were so exhausted. Oh also everyone should note that there is a $50 bond (only accepted in cash) upon check in. I didn't have a problem with paying the bond, but just a heads up.

I really didn't have breakfast as I had to rush off again quite early in the morning. However the location is very ideal given it's proximity to the city of Suva and facilities. The staff are accommodating and the place is clean and spacious.

Nothing really, I enjoyed the stay and hope to do so again. There were a few issues with the calling into helpdesk as I was not directly connected and had to do so a couple of times before getting someone to answer the phone. I understand however that given the availability of staff at odd hours of the night, my call may have not been connected immediately.

Nice property

When I worked in they said no rooms wer as plenty rooms was there. Then while still in the carpark I did online rooms were available. We wer professionals.it was business trip not for short time. Aircon takes longtime to cool since it's in corner change the set up of bed to get aircon. Staff didn't show us the room. We had to manage ourself. Next day again wanted to stay they didn't give the room. No handwash in toilet. Awkward thing and first time in my life imagine carrying dirty towels to reception for refund. So stupid n unprofessional treating every guest as thief.

Location was great near to the city and everything was available near by

Staff talking Housekeeping staff was rude in the morning time as we all was coming out of the hotel to go to the pool she was really rude in telling us to be quite and that we don’t own the place and there are others paying for this place more then us to stay

The location is suit and met what I need because it's close to town if I walk, and close to SPC Lotus too. I love your customer's service although last minute booked but the service is suit my expectations.

The room 104, I think a chair is needed. This will help for food in any time I needed or sit on it and using the mirror for my makeup etc but it's not an issue

Breakfast and location was alright

Ironing part had to go out to next level. No hangers in the room and had expected to have a coffee table n couch/chairs…room was changed upon checking in and don’t know if I was given the right room. My expectations was to get that coffee table or chairs considering I was on work travel.pillows are small not very comfortable .TV not on

Location was great. Inclusive breakfast was awesome. Staff friendly and helpful. Dreadful weather while we were there, causing there to be no water for 1.5 days but staff were very considerate providing bottled drinking water.

Matresses were wrapped in plastic and rustled every time you rolled over but I guess that's a precaution due to the heat? Construction of lift shafts underway while we were there so noisy at times but looking forwards to lifts on our next visit.
