The staff were amazing - always so friendly and wanting to help. The grounds of the resort were so beautiful - the soft grass, sparkling water, lots of sun beds in different areas. The relaxed and fun vibe of the hotel was great - always activities and live music each day and night. They went to extra effort to celebrate my husband’s birthday by decorating our room and singing happy birthday at dinner.

The distance from the airport was quite far (approx 2 hours from Nadi), the food -Japanese and Italian were nice but the buffet dinners were quite expensive and the steak place was average. The main kids pool was not heated so my children found it pretty cold to swim in. However these were all minor and didn’t detract too much from our enjoyment of our week at the Warwick.

The location is spectacular. The staff are so friendly.

The mattresses in my room were old and tired and saggy. I gave the resort this feedback and they were appreciative to be informed. To be honest they should have been able to tell this for themselves. The policy on towels is overly strict. For the price they charge for the resort, It seemed unnecessary to be so strict, and did detract from what was otherwise a lovely stay.

Great location, friendly staff and good variety of restaurants. Beautiful resort. Plenty of activities to do during the day to keep you busy or you can just relax and do nothing.

At night there isn't much to do. Pools close early at 6pm. Gym closes at 9pm. Nadi pool water looked green. So many stray dogs on the streets outside the resort. Thats kinda depressing. Meals are pretty pricey. No discount meal options unless you go out. Should include a free shuttle service to the local supermarket.

Beautiful location, really peaceful and relaxing. Lots of options for day and half day trips from the resort. The adults only pool is just bliss without the hubbub of the main pool. Rooms were big and very comfortable. The staff are the stars of the show here though, they really make you feel so welcome and brighten your day. Veronica is an absolute star, we received such top class service from her every evening in the Warwick Room. So genuine and friendly. Milika, the lovely lady who cleaned our room every day was so friendly and left a special message in flowers for my husband on his birthday which made his day. Varisila in the Japanese restaurant was also wonderful and took the time to chat to us and make us feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast room at times was quite dirty, the floors particularly. I would also have liked a little bit more variety in entertainment for the adults in the evening. There was a lovely singer and guitarist in the bar but it was the same every evening.

The service, staff, room, spacious across the resort, comfortable bed. Felt safe and comfortable at the resort. The staff and service was very friendly. Good to have the food inclusive and club lounge access included. Recommend doing inclusive.

It takes 2 hours to get here from the airport. It does take a while to get to the resort but once you there you don’t want to leave. The buffet in the morning is busy, needs some hygiene in place. Club lounge food could be improved. Some improvements can be made but overall great resort and spot. Would return

Good hotel with lots of amenities, and a good beach.

Food options were limited, difficult, felt pricey and were a bit confusing at times trying to feed kids. If you didn't book or got in late and did not want to wait, buffet of varied quality or a takeway pizza seemed to be the only options. It really needs a cafe so there was somewhere to get a simple sandwidge or some fruit for the kids.

We absolutely loved all the staff who worked at the warick. From the moment we arrived they were amazing, their service their warm beautiful hospitality. No question or request was too big. We loved the all the amazing food we consumed during our stay. Breakfast was always a large spread to cater to all taste buds. Our Pasifika parents appreciated the taro and fish served for breakfast one morning. Maybe not everyones cup of tea but it is for others 😊 Although dinner buffet was quite pricey, if you did opt in for it, the food was great!! BEAUTIFUL views all around the resort. WE loved the vibe of the family pool, the great service at the swim up pool the activity guys and their fun energetic vibes they brought which made the kids so comfortable to chat and take part in the activities. Rooms were great – we didn’t expect to be in them except to sleep and change etc and they served us well. Aircon was strong, rooms were spacious, bathrooms were clean and tidy and beds were super comfy! House keeping staff – beautiful! Amazing! So helpful, friendly and polite.

Only thing that would have made our stay even BETTER would have been cheaper meal options. They were all pretty expensive even the A Le Carte Menu but thank Godness we had the kids eat free option which made it more affordable for us :)

The lack of accountability on a transaction. We were told that we could pay cash (better for us given that we had US dollars considering such a week Australian Dollar lately), so we took a day to the Sigatoka town to exchange US to Fijian dollars, then at checkout they said that we couldn’t pay cash and that they had already charged to our credit card (without our consent by the way). The worst part is that the front desk person didn’t care about that an did not give us any options to resolve their own error for saying at check in that we could pay in cash. Total luck of respect, we ended up losing $500 in a $1700 stay cost so a whooping 30% more, ridiculous and not acceptable at all. We are not returning for such a behaviour

Buffet breakfast and Dinner was excellent and the lunch menu was al a carte. We had the meal package and was well worth it. Drinks were standard but good. Facilities were great we ran out of time to do everything there could have stayed longer. (stayed 7 nights) Kids loved it and we had adjoining rooms which was great for our set up. Staff are fabulous . Beds were super comfy. Kids loved kids club which meant we enjoyed our stay even better. Great for families.

They were doing renos. Didnt bother us as we expected it. Few bugs around. Get use to Fiji time and enjoy it
