Beautiful location and villas, bar and restaurants on site, daily lists of free activities available. The staff were all lovely but a big shout out to Ula at the bar and Luke who looked after me while snorkeling!

I requested a transfer to the airport for my check out day upon arrival which was confirmed twice during my stay but then, when checking out, I was informed that the driver would be arriving an hour earlier than requested. I found out when already en route that we were picking up 2 other tourists from the intercontinental (I had already paid full price for what I thought was a private transfer). Turns out they had an earlier flight so that was obviously why I had to get picked up earlier, meaning I spent an hour prior to check in opening sitting at the airport...

The location on the brilliant golden sands of Natadole beach was fabulous. The resort was newly renovated so the rooms, pool and eating areas were spotless. The food in the Japanese restaurant was excellent while the food in the main restaurant was generally pretty good although we had a couple of dud dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful.

As the resort opened the day we checked in there were a few things missing in the rooms such as towel rails, no wifi in the rooms and the tv and phone were not connected. Their food service needs to be improved as often we had to wait quite a while for food. I hope these issues are resolved as the staff settled in.

The staff are incredible, the beach is right in front of you, and there are a lot of complimentary activities that easily fill your days. I preferred the coziness of Yatule to the InterContinental next door!

I would have loved umbrellas for the lounge chairs and more coffee options with breakfast included - as well as water more readily available for those staying at the resort.

Where to start?! The renovations really did this place right! Every hurry has new floors and bathrooms, the lobby, bar and restaurant areas look fantastic and so do the hard wood floors! The new infinity pool at the front is stunning, amongst the trees and with a view to the gorgeous ocean! But the best part is the people; Lati, Aminiasi, Ula, Luke and the lovely ukulele singing guy were absolutely fantastic! I've stayed at the InterContinental before and it's super nice but the Yatule feels authentic, laid back and just the nicest place to just rest, drink, snorkel and take in this beautiful paradise.

The resort had only been open for 3 days when we arrived so there were a few teething issues like no TV and a reduced menu, but honestly they were not a big deal. We loved our stay!

Beach is beautiful. Accomodation was great. Staff were helpful and attentive. Pool was OK. Atmosphere in the place was welcoming and relaxing. Entertainment was good

Food was OK but not amazing (i had bad gastro after one of the meals!). Breakfast selection of fruit and other things was very limited. Some of the equipment was not in good condition

Lovely location on the beach. Food was really good, Free activities were fun especially the snorkeling (be warned the swim can be quite far out) A resort with only about 50 people, so never feels over crowded. Lovely relaxed feel. Some food waiting staff can give the appearance of not being bothered, this isn't really the case though, that is just their way. Had a lovely send off with the staff singing us a Fijian song. Tips Try the Mongolian and Tandoori dishes, fanastic! Buy drinks and snacks before arriving at the hotel as there is no shop near by. Can go to the hotel next door if it's quiet, the food isn't any better just a change of scenery and may have some music. Can sort a transfer with the hotel it's $100 or £35 each way. Really not bad for a 1 hour journey and it was organised well.

Could do with a few more sunbeds. Adding 3.5% on credit card transactions was not a good fare well present. My card does not charge transaction fees so this was simply a rip off.

Very lovely staff and none of the facilities felt overly crowded.

I would recommend bringing some snacks as the resort is in a bit of a remote spot with a very small independently owned and run shop.

I recently stayed at this incredible resort in Fiji and had an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly comfortable. Waking up each morning to a beachfront view was simply breathtaking. The location is ideal for anyone looking to relax by the ocean or enjoy water activities right at their doorstep. Breakfast was another highlight — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. Whether you're lounging by the beach or exploring the island, this resort is the perfect home base. Highly recommend and would absolutely return!

The only downside was the water pressure in the shower, which was a bit low, and the temperature tended to fluctuate while showering. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, though, we had an excellent stay and would definitely return.

Vinaka wonderful Yatule! We came to Fiji for the very first time to rest, relax, recharge and reset and this fabulous hotel fully delivered everything we needed and much, much more! We’ve just spent 14 days staying in a beachfront bure watching stunning sunsets and listening to the ocean. We’ve eaten the most delicious and varied food cooked and served by talented and passionate staff. We’ve enjoyed fabulous spa treatments and met the most amazing and welcoming people. The beach front setting, rooms, pools, bar, activities, facilities, gardens and restaurants are first class… but what takes this place to the next level is the staff. Every single member of staff interact and welcome guests and visitors with kindness and happy smiles. Vinaka, Vinaka, Vinaka - we will definitely be back soon 🇫🇯

This is the place to be. It's the best beach location in Fiji with the best people working there. We could not have had a better experience. The people make your holiday and the staff at Yatule are the best. Special mention to Toipa, Luke, Isei, Anna, and Sala. The restaurant food was great for all meals. Rooms are enough, although there is only 1 channel to watch (Youtube), but this was good as it kept us out of the room. They put on daily / hourly activities to keep you busy, but they are also fun. Yatule is a fair way out from any shops. So grab some shopping on the way in (bottled water, etc). You can walk along the beach to the next hotel as they have a shop and ATM but in busy times you may be told no entry. You can also organise day tours from the reception desk. Otherwise, if you just want to put your feet up relax and watch a beautiful sunset, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back if not for the location for the people working here. Well done team Yatule, you way exceeded our expectations.
