Amazing staff, especially the ladies at the buffet Ana and Mela were outstanding and so accommodating! we loved seeing their smiling faces daily also Suliana our cleaning lady was so lovely. They made our stay and we will definitely come back to see them next year :)

ordered fresh coconuts that never arrived to our room even after following up twice they didn’t give me a answer, also finding dirty underwear in the sand on arrival in a lagoon front Bure which was never cleaned up or addressed, nothing in the mini bar fridge also on arrival. We were staying to celebrate our honeymoon quite disappointed nothing was done to make us feel special on when I called and asked about the mini bar they decided to give us a bottle of champagne.

My family of 4 (3 adults and 1x child stayed here for 5days. I don’t know where to begin but this resort exceeded our expectations , from check in through to departure , the staff were amazing . The resort itself is perfectly setup on a bay that is picturesque. The rooms were a decent size (2bed double partial lagoon view) All facilities at the resort are well maintained . The pool and swim up bar is what we enjoyed the most . Buffet breakfast was also great, there was a great variety of food options from cereals to cook food . The organised activities e.g fire show, kava drink making we’re all wonderful . The staff were always wonderful , special mention to Asinate , Joseph ( did fish feeding) Jason (waitress) . They were always checking if we needed anything else . Overall the Fuji Marriot Momi bay is a luxury resort that ticks all boxes for 5 star luxury

The buggy wait times are quite longer which could be improved . We waited half an hour for one which never turned up so we walked to reception with our luggage during check out day

Well laid out, not too long a walk to get to places. The free flowing breakfast mimosas were a highlight! Great food options, which for me is key being vegetarian. Amazing staff including, Epeli (Pool Bar), Eugene (Lagoon House), Torosi (Housekeeping). Also had the most amazing massage (couples massage) I’ve ever had at the Spa (Devina & Emma).

There probably needs to be a few more sun beds around the pool for the peak periods.

We loved the over water "bungalows" and felt like this was an amazing way to enjoy the resort. The bridge/walkway to get to the bungalows is extremely slippery when it rains...even in rubber sole shoes or barefoot!

The check in staff was very responsive prior to our arrival, however we are still battling with this resort and Marriott regarding our final charges. I'm not talking incidentals - they are arguing that they never charged us for one night of one bungalow...but clearly this is easily proven by the confirmation from Booking.com And, don't call there unless you have an international plan TO Fiji. I spent $120 as I was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes with no resolution. This was two months ago, and since I didn't book through Marriott, I am stuck dealing with this. In addition, the all inclusive package is limiting, but worth it, as I feel it is always worth it for a beach/tropical vacation. Breakfast is the best meal of the day, so don't miss it!

Fantastic resort, staff could not have been more welcoming. Our flight arrived at 7am and we were feeling quite unwell. We called ahead from the airport and were very grateful they arranged for our room to be available as soon as we got there. After a long and uncomfortable flight we felt welcome and in good care thanks to the excellent staff. It was rare to find a resort where service is consistently good across front desk, house keeping, pool area and maintenance.

Only downside of the resort is that it has a lagoon rather than a nice beach. We were told it was safe to swim in the lagoon and others were doing it but the water wasn't very inviting. Written communication wasn't the best ahead of arrival. It wasn't possible to get menus and prices ahead of arrival to help us decide on whether to go for all inclusive or not. Once you're there, staff are great.

It was like Paradise out there. We didn't know what to expect but we were blown away by the beauty of the place, the smell of the flowers and the ocean view. The room was exceptional, breakfast was delicious and so many options to chose from. Everyone working there makes you feel so welcome and they made our stay much more enjoyable. I would like to mention here Vere and Inoke, David, Ma and Joey at Fish Bar , Fifita at Goji breakfast and of course the best chef ever: Marco Sanchez. Dinner at Fish Bar is just fabulous. The person who cleaned our room : Quinsy, she surprised us daily with beautiful decoration. Thank you everyone for making our stay unforgettable and we hope to see you all again next time.

There is nothing not to like

breakfast was world class, keep it up! Selection of pools Water sports, went diving , awesome experience. Staff friendliness was top class.

Sea lice and what seemed to be no creams or warnings or satisfactory mitigation. I got badly bitten whilst swimming across the lagoon from the restaurant over to the opposite beach one morning, around 11am. Next time , I'll bring my full body 3mm wet suit....

The location and the hotel itself. The bures are amazing, just by the beach. It’s like living in paradise. The staff were super friendly. They upgraded to a bure by the beach due to our honeymoon.

For dinner there are 3 restaurants, but only one is really worthy: the fish bar, which is also the most expensive one.

We spent 10 days at Fiji Marriott in Apr 2025 (2 adults + 1 child - 8 years old). Checkin and check out was smooth, no issues and everyone was very friendly, welcoming and informative about the resort and package. We thoroughly enjoyed the stress free of knowing all our food and drinks were paid for and this definitely saved us money. The food was pricey if paying per meal if you’re not all inclusive. We ate the Goji restaurant each day for breakfast, also had a la carte lunch and dinner there, as well as the themed buffet dinners. We also had lunch at Voi Voi and the Lagoon restaurant (you can either eat inside the restaurant or order via QR code and have the food bought to your sun lounger or cabana by the pool, same for drinks). We also paid to eat at the Fish Restaurant for my birthday (not included in the all inclusive package) and this meal was outstanding with a view to die for! We certainly didn’t get bored with the food / drinks. We don’t drink alcohol but enjoyed the non alcoholic cocktails, soft drinks and coconuts! We stayed in the Lagoon Front Bure with the all inclusive package and requested to be close to amenities. We stayed in room 2106 and the distance was perfect, not too close to be disturbed by noise in the evenings, but not too far to walk (only a few minutes walk to breakfast and then additional few minutes walk to the main pool). There are buggies and a bus if you don’t fancy the walk. Everywhere we went, we received outstanding customer service and super friendly people. But some extra special service we received was: - Joseph for aqua aerobics - Abo for everything he did (truly amazing and our son Jack loved him!

Loved everything about the Marriott Resort Momi Bay. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out it really felt like we were at a luxury resort. We went as a family of 3 for 6 nights and paid for the all inclusive package. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner and all of your beverages on the all inclusive menu. You literally could order as much as you liked at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend as resort is quite isolated and you don't want to be purchasing things at the resort as it is about $7 Fijian for a bottle of water. We also took snacks and drinks for our room fridge from NZ which came in handy when we're not dining. They do provide water in the rooms and the replenish them everyday at no extra cost. The resort is huge so they have buggies that can pick you up most of the time we walked to where we needed to go but sometimes we used the buggie service and it was awesome at no extra cost. When it was busy the wait times were abit high but other than that no biggie. Our room that we booked was very central to everything. We were close to the fitness centre and kids club which was handy and close to the main pool and swim up bar which was a bonus because alot of the other places looked far away from everything. My son enjoyed the kids club as he loved the people and the activities. We loved the activities that they had going on at the resort everyday and loved the tennis court and fitness centre that included classes. I attended the boxfit class and that was heaps of fun. Overall this place definitely lived up to my expectations. Staff are a delight and work very hard so we definitely tipped where we could as they go out of their way to remember your names get to know you and your children. I would definitely return to the Marriott Fiji Momi Bay.
