Breakfast buffet was amazing, lot of options for everyone

Reception staff could have been more welcoming,I felt bit set back when they brought the welcoming drink and I asked that “what is this?”as they just passed the tray in-front of me without telling me the drink and their answer was it’s a welcome drink , well I know that 🥹people have allergies so I was expecting an answer.no smiles on their faces at all. I went to reception and said we are checking in and she did not smile or welcomed and she asked me oh! You are checking in so where is your luggage as we walked in without luggage as we had our own car.

They catered well for a gluten free diet, they had gluten free pasta in the italian restaurant, gluten free bread at the breakfast buffet and gluten free pizza bases were also available. They also did pretty well at catering for a vegetarian diet. These were the main points of difference for us. I liked the fact the room had a washing machine and dryer, and you can also swap wet towels for dry towels at anytime.

We didnt know about the building and renovation works going on, although they managed it pretty well. The cost of incidentals was like holidaying in central Sydney. The cost of the Bulabus for example was FJ$11 a day but if you walked down the road you could buy them for $5.50 each.

Rooms are excellent. Stayed in a 1 bed suite with our two boys - which worked really well. Rooms are very nicely finished. Pool was great for the kids. Food at all restaurants was also excellent.

Frustrating to be restricted on restaurants with the half board basis we booked on. Service sometimes frustratingly slow - despite accepting it is on ‘Fiji time’.

We had a wonderful holiday and atay at your resort, all the staff were amazing, very helpful.and friendly, we could not fault them from the cleaners to the ground staff, front of office, acrivities team and the customer service staff, we were always greeted with a lovely warm smile, any questions we had were answered, the staff went above and beyond, we will be back for sure.

A couple of things to mention, it would have been helpful if we had a microwave in our room, maybe we had to pay more for this? Also, we mentioned when we gave feedback with GM that it would be good to have a pool movie night as an option, we think this would work well with both adults and children. And obe other thing, a lot of the guests including us often foubd out about activities happeneing through word of mouth, a suggestion could be to out this information on the TVs in each room the night prior and have a board at thr breakfast area or even send a group trxt out to the guests the night.peior.

Watersports, variety of restaurants, layout of hotel, very quiet. Amazing staff as we have come to expect from Fiji Very nice touch for daughters birthday, bed decorated with flowers. Loved the birthday performance by the staff. Loved the managers drinks session

Things could be a little disorganized. We booked a long way in advance and yet didn't have rooms next to each other (very close though). Organized various things in advance yet seemed to have to remind staff. Watersports bookings often late (Fiji time so no biggy), seemed a little disorganized. Lunch on one day was very slow but it was Easter and a full house. One evening there was a private function which clashed with the fire dancers visit. Obviously a big booking, seemed to take priority over the other guests.

The space around the resort is thoughtful with separate pools for adults vs families with children. The buffet breakfast beachside was one of the best I’ve experienced with a huge variety of food choices, and a lot of conscientiousness practiced to ensure food replacement for freshness. The rooms are also well sized and we have been fortunate to stay both by the pool and by the front of the property with the latter being the ‘quieter’ side. Amenities and other outside restaurant options are a short work or ‘bula bus’ away.

The rooms are on the pricier side however when compared to similar resorts nearby you can see the Radisson has invested to maintain appeal and quality.

I cannot praise this hotel & it's staff enough. We initially had an issue with a musty/mouldy/damp smell in our room. We alerted the team at reception who sent a cleaner up immediately to assess the situation. She then sent one of the maintenance men up who looked at the air conditioning unit & sprayed something in it to disguise the smell. The next day we received a call to say there was a problem with the unit & that they were going to move us to a suite for no extra cost. Well this suite exceeded our expectations. We came in & sitting on the table was an apology note from the manager with a beautiful fruit platter. Every single staff member & even the workmen doing the renovations said Bula every day. Always with a smile on the their faces. We wish to say a big VINAKA to everyone at the Radisson. We will be seeing you again.

As a family of four, with children aged 6 and 12 years, it had everything to enjoy a perfect holiday We arrived to a beautiful reception with the beating of the Lali and complimentary refreshments as we checked in. . We loved the location of our room as it had a lagoon view and it was very close to the Ocean Deck. The room had great facilities and it was great to be able to wash and dry our laundry in the room. The pool was excellent with sun lounges to relax on while the kids swam. It did get busy some days so had to get there early enough to get a spot. Pool side service was great. We opted to add the daily buffet breakfast and it had a great selection of foods. Would have liked to have more local Fijian dishes available to try. The only downfall was the WiFi was super slow but towards the end of our trip it picked up speed. There were a great selection of restaurants to choose to dine in but making a reservation ahead is helpful. We loved the entertainment provided on some nights with traditional dancing and fire show. And the timing of our stay was also aligned with Fiji Day so there were additional celebratory activities. I would definitely choose Radisson Blu again, there was so much to offer.

The WiFi was very slow and although we weren't reliant on using devices during our stay, it was difficult to make wifi or video calls with family that were staying at other resorts and be able to communicate with them.

The staff - so friendly and accommodating. They always asked if they could help with anything and went out of their way to say hello and welcome you. Loooove the sunset deck and the nightly singer 🤗

It is currently noisy … you’re refurbishing… but that’s just a current inconvenience. There is a little bit of mould in the bathroom - it’s a bit of a turn off The coffee machines - problem’s everyday for guests but huuuge stress for your restaurant staff although it became a big laugh each morning If you have any power with this one : the Bula Bus is mighty expensive if it’s not a one- off journey. It’s a great service but I’d foresee you won’t be able to increase your pricing without losing custom which is a shame. ( the taxis are cheaper 😉)

Adults only pool was good, and the room facilities were very good - we had the 2 bedroom apartment. Used the Spa for massages, and enjoyed those. The Radisson has four restaurants (Thai, Italian, Lebanese, and a Grill) and they were all good. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of food to choose from.

The Radisson is very much a child based resort, and though there is an adult only pool it is located right next to the kids pool. This meant there was tons of loud music and noise which was very noticeable at the pool and in the room. It's not a place where you'd go for a tranquil and quiet stay, but if you're travelling as a young family the Radisson is the perfect place.
