Compared to Sofitel and Radisson pool areas quite chilled. Not too hard to find a lounger especially by the long pool that's not beach front. Villa very spacious and perfect for families. Close to shop when you don't want to pay $12 for an ice cream. Wet Edge restaurant has some dinner options that are quite economical, e.g. large toasted sandwiches and fries. Buffet huge!!! But also quite full and noisy. A few things missing from our room but were delivered promptly after we called. Could do activities at Sheraton and then retreat to quiet of villas.

Have to walk to Sheraton for buffet breakfast.....busy! Asked by a greeter at breakfast how our stay was. Said I thought our bed might have lice. They said it would be checked. Never heard back. Then spoke to front desk and never hear back. Then spoke to someone on the phone and never heard back.

Our 6 month old got sick and we had to leave early. The staff were really helpful in getting us to the nearby clinic in the middle of the night and checked on us the following day. As his health was deteriorating we decided to book an early flight and leave early. We did not expect to be refunded however the staff informed us that they would refund our remaining 4 nights accommodation which was greatly appreciated. When we return to Fiji we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Facilities were great and the staff were more professional and welcoming than other resorts we have stayed at previously.

Everything was perfect! We even got an upgrade to a pool view room for no additional cost. Breakfast buffet was massive - lots of different options. Access to three pools gave us choices each day. Staff were so friendly and knew us by name: special shout out to Beryl, who went above and beyond for us. Villas were spacious and immaculately clean. Denarau has access to everything you could possibly need - either on site or within a short distance. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay at the Sheraton Denarau Villas was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm Fijian hospitality and a level of service that made us feel both valued and relaxed. We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom villa that felt like a true home away from home. The villa was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed — including a full kitchen and laundry facilities, which were incredibly convenient for our family. One of the biggest highlights was access to all the facilities of the Sheraton and nearby resorts. We enjoyed the beachfront infinity pool, relaxing massages, and delicious meals at the resort restaurants. The buffet breakfasts were fantastic — a wide variety, beautifully presented, and served with a smile. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay. Every interaction felt genuine and kind — from housekeeping to reception to the restaurant servers. They greeted us with joy each day, and truly elevated the entire experience. The location on Denarau Island is also ideal — close to the port for day trips and cruises, yet tucked away enough to feel serene and secluded. Whether we were lounging by the pool, walking along the beach at sunset, or enjoying cocktails at the beachfront bar, every moment felt like a slice of paradise. We left completely relaxed and recharged. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning — and next time, we’ll stay even longer! Vinaka to all the Sheraton Team 🫶🏽

Nothing everything was perfect

- Spacious clean rooms - lovely gardens - Large Lagoon pool - Desk for activities bookings - Bula bus was fun - Access to all resorts in the area - in house activities (though finding what was on was not simple)

- Pillows were very uncomfortable - terrible internet connection - no smart tv and could not access anything like Netflix even with Chromecast - accept card only with 3% charge - wanted to charge us $450 when asked for a midday checkout - ALOT of noise comes through from upstairs - front desk staff not very helpful many times - contant extra costs

The location is absolutely stunning , picture perfect so peaceful and dreamy. Staff are absolutely lovely

The villas are very outdated for the price. Also was charged an extra couple hundred dollars when checking in , unsure what this charge was for , they mentioned surcharge for international cost? Also you have to pay an extra $500 on top of the surcharge which is a holding fee so that if you charge anything back to your room then this amount is used.I just didn’t like that this was not mentioned anywhere. However the location is absolutely amazing and we had a great time.

We arrived to a message on our bed written in grass clipping and a piece of chocolate cake. I was so touched by this gesture. The size of the room was excellent. We had 3 adults sharing a 2 bed suite and it was spacious. It's fully self contained with a washing machine and dishwasher. Being able to use all of the pools and amenities in the whole Sheraton complex was fantastic. If you want to save on food costs, order room service. The food is high quality and the most affordable on Denarau. There's also a convenience store you can get groceries and alcohol from. The beds were so comfortable. The best on our trip.

There were a lot of mosquitoes. The ponds are lovely but I was worried about the Dengue fever outbreak so kept every door and window closed up.

Loved the multiple pools, the spacious bedrooms, the incredible friendly staff, our room was cleaned daily, and the maids are so lovely. The buffet was so good for breakfast and was available between 6 and 11 which is heaps of time. Dinners were great with all of the restaurants on site. 100% coming back for another holiday, we stayed for a week and by day 4 all the staff knew us. Kids club was an absolute godsend, kids loved it and we got some much needed r&r while they had fun.

Pools closed by the villas at 7 which felt a little early because it was still extremely hot after dinner. Slippery tiles in the rooms would be my only real issue but not enough to put me off coming back

Significant improvement from our last visit in December 2022. We had booked and paid in full for a 3 bedroom villa in April 2022 only to be told when we arrived in December 2022 that none were available. No prior notice had been given to us whatsoever of this situation. We were offered 2 two bedroom villas which was quite unsuitable for our young family. We took one two bedroom villa. This villa had no towels, bath mats or face washers in it whatsoever when we entered the villa. it took a considerable period of time for these items to arrive after we rang and complained. We were refused any financial compensation for the extra money that we had paid for the three bedroom villa compared to the two bedroom villa which we received. This time in December 2024 our booking was honoured and we received the apartment that we had actually paid for. Last time we had room service as we arrived later in the evening. The room service took a significant period of time to arrive and was simply the worst room service food we had ever had. The fries with our burgers/sandwiches arrived in sealed plastic containers as unappetising limp bits of cold potato. This time room service later in the evening arrived in a timely manner and was of a significantly better standard from the room service in December 2022.

Awesome location. Very family friendly environment. Travelled with a 9 month old and felt at home. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Yashmin Kaur for her help and support. Her customer service skills were exceptional and she really helped us above and beyond. Staff was keen to help any way possible. Also a very special thanks to chef Shaikh for his hospitality during our entire stay. He is a master preparing wonderful dishes and his chicken curry and masala tea was to die for!. Will definitely stay there again
