Great little hotel right on the beach. Staff are brilliant and will go above and beyond to do anything for you so thankyou all very much. We had a ground floor (no view) Room No. 300, it was very spacious and bed comfy with 2 nice pillows each although a bit dated. The breakfast we had was very nice. Yummy bacon. Pool area was beautifully kept and looks great at night. Great for a couple of nights, close to airport. Club sandwich for lunch one day was also nice but we didn't have dinner there. There are a handful of other hotels nearby where you can go for a drink or food for a change of scenery.

Room had nowhere to put suitcases so had to leave on floor and no draws or shelves to put clothes, only 1 pole on wall with 3 coathangers. Room is very large so a couple of shelves to put suitcases and draws would be easy. Bathroom has nowhere to put toiletries only a small shelf above the toilet. Hot water takes a good 32 minutes to come through. The area Wailoaloa Beach doesn't have a lot around there to do and the beach is not white sand. One money changer and coffee shop across the road, a supermarket bottleshop, massage place and a little Cafe on the main road.

We only stayed here for a night before our flight, so couldn't use it much but it is a nice hotel that offers good value for money. Pool area and bar is very nice (didn't get to try the food though). Rooms have AC and bed was comfy.

We came back from dinner at 10.30, looking for something sweet to eat. We knew the kitchen was closed already, but as there was a fridge with ice creams in front of the reception we asked if we could take two and pay for them or charge it to the room. The receptionist said no because the restaurant was already closed and offered no alternative. It felt weird since the restaurant is part of the hotel and the fridge is next to the reception hall. There was nowhere else open to get a dessert and we think they could've been a bit more accommodating.

Fantastic location right on the beach (as the name says). It's basic but perfectly fine. Best bits were sitting outside by the pool or even by the bar on the beach. Food was very nice with a good enough selection (except on the night they only did curry, but there are other places to eat, so no problem). They organised taxis for us. Staff were friendly. Good value for money and seeing as Nadi isn't that nice to walk around, we were happy to be off the beaten track a bit. The taxis and tour buses know where to come and there is like a small enclave of things to do, with shop nearby, so all good.

Our view out the front was overlooking a tin roof and ariels, so not brilliant and didn't feel so comfortable when sitting on the balcony as people working on it, but hey, we went and sat on the beach instead. Bit odd giving us a kettle but only way we could plug it in was resting it on some bags ontop of the fridge and we also had to ask for cups etc. Odd. If you want to walk into Nadi it further than it looks on the map with few pavements - not a nice walk at all.

The staff were amazing specially the staff from the bar and restaurant. They have plenty of activities at night during the weekend not sure on weekdays. We went here on Easter long weekend. If you want to have a good experience of Fijian culture it'll be better to stay here than big name hotels. The hotel's a beach front which is a bonus but the beach isn't that special so this is good spot if you only want a relaxing place to stay and have boat tour plans in Port Denarau during the day. Also this hotel is close to other hotels and shops, you can join the other hotels' activities. There's a nearby spa called namadaspa which was amazing as well. The hotel's close to the airport and to a big grocery shop (Walking distance) which is very convenient. The reception can assist you if you need a taxi.

The hotel is a bit old, but we were mostly on boat tours during the day from early mornings and at night and we watch bands at the hotel so we didn't mind the old style of hotel. So we have less time to spend hours on our hotel room.

It was a great location.The pool and surroundings were devine. The staff were beautiful and nothing was a bother. The food was great quality and we ate there many times. This is a budget boutique group of apartments. The rooms are basic but clean. The internet is extremely slow, but we managed. We would definitely stay here again due to affordability and the surrounding area . We adored the alfresco and pool area. Very peaceful place to stay.

There are no negatives at all. Just be mindful that the rooms are basic and some very small. We are budget travellers and don't stay in our room whilst away. It was very clean, and that's what's important to us. The internet can be very slow.

Location was brilliant, right on the beachfront, close to local shops and restaurants. Beachfront and chill area were great. Really liked the hammocks on the beach, a real good touch. Pool is nice, could do with a few extra sunbeds. Restaurant in the hotel is brilliant. Themed nights are good but we loved the lunch menu. Staff so friendly and happy to help.

Rooms were super small and don’t provide and wardrobe space or even draws but other than that everything was great. Maybe bring your own towels as they offer beach towels for use but when we asked they had none available.

As a solo traveler for the first time, I was a bit unsure what to expect, but staying at Aquarius On The Beach wiped away any nerves I had. From the moment I arrived, I felt secure, welcomed, and completely at ease. The location is prime, right on Wailoaloa Beach with an epic sunset view that’ll make you pause whatever you’re doing. It’s peaceful, laid-back, but still close enough to some good spots. The staff? Absolute legends. Big shoutout to Lo, Nemai, Ala, Lina, and Saman, you made this trip unforgettable. From airport pick-up to helping me navigate what to do, where to go, and how to make the most of Fiji as a newbie, you nailed it. Friendly, fun, and full of great energy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the place has everything you need including a solid bar, decent restaurant, great tunes, and good vibes all around. Whether you’re grabbing a cold one after a day out or just chilling by the pool, it’s easy to feel right at home here. It's a bit of a trek from town, but that’s part of the charm. I’d recommend renting a car, or if you’re feeling adventurous, grab an e-bike from one of the guys called Mana (near True Mart). You’ll save on transport and get to enjoy cycling along the beach and into town (just keep your eyes open for traffic). Nadi town is worth the ride, vibrant, warm, and full of that Fijian hospitality. If you’re a solo traveler or just want somewhere relaxing, safe, and easygoing, Aquarius is the spot. I came here on my own and left feeling like I had a second home. Highly recommend.

Aquarius is a very pretty local exotic feeling oasis on the water. The staff were friendly, the outdoor pool area very pretty and nice that the property is right on the beach with palm trees. The meals were lovely and the boutique cocktails fun and flamboyant. I'll mention that I left a couple of things behind and I simply couldn't fit in my suitcase and they called our taxi to let us know which was very good of them. Also, we booked with taxi's outside of the villa and staff mentioned we should have asked them. However, they did know the fellow we used and did walk us out with suitcases to ensure they knew that we were using a good driver. Much appreciated. Next time we will book through them.

Somehow we booked a budget room which was very basic cinder block with no view out to the very gorgeous ocean and palm trees. Rather than spending time in our room we spent time outdoors which was lovely, by the pool, by the beach and enjoyed the ambiance of Fiji for two nights.

Everything was truly exceptional. Having a restaraunt on site is always a plus, and the food was delicious. The room was very clean, and the view was SPECTACULAR. I paid for a little bit of an upgrade and had a room on the 2nd floor, with my own deck and a view of the ocean. Each and every staff member was professional, helpful, happy, warm and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again ~ I can't wait to come back!

It is a long way from the airport, but with all the ammenities this has to offer, it is well worth the extra time. Also it is sandwiched inbetween two large, well known hotels, and it can get loud on the weekends. Bring earplugs and enjoy your stay at Aquarius on the Beach!

We looked for somewhere close to the airport to spend a night before an early flight and found Aquarius. It was perfect for an afternoon of relaxing and a short drive in the morning (around 20 minutes) . Easy to find with maps and a good location on the beach with a nice pool and a bar/restaurant. We didn’t try the food as we had some with us but saw some come out and it looked good. Would stay again before an early flight. Staff were great and there is a supermarket 5 mins walk and another couple of hotels / bars easy walk.

All was good for us with a smaller budget. Happy as
