The staff were very friendly and accommodating The shuttle to the airport was great and the driver was very firendly .

The bathroom and toilet could have been a bit cleaner . The bath was painted and had scratches and dirt marks . The shelf in the little fridge was broken ,could not place anything in the fridge . Cleaning of the bathroom floors and bath should be a priority. Towels looked like rags -thin/off white and hard and rough Tea and cofee was provided . When asked for milk ,was told not milk is available. At breakfast in the eating area -- the toaster was dirty and burnt marks all over . Not a good sight .

The hotel is very old, has a beautiful outdoors area, very large property. Most rooms look out onto the pool. The bed was so comfortable.

The property was very old, my bathroom sink only had scalding hot water, the shower doors didn’t actually slide shut. They were just there, you had to kinda lift up and drag them closed, weird little bugs in the bathroom. Staff were friendly to a point but they didn’t actually do much for your stay.

Love the location close to bus stop restaurants cafes bars and pick up n drop off for island cruises was next door at bus stop.. and a pool was so refreshing after a big walk sightseeing

There was a wait for towels around 3pm wasn't an issue but after 31degrees no shower until towels were delivered it was because laundry was sent away to a laundromat after an explanation we were happy to wait at the bar 🍸 😀

Was very quiet when we stayed so not much atmosphere but meant we had pool area to ourselves mostly. Hammocks around to relax in. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable with AC, hot shower, fridge.

Shower head was loose and kept falling out of holder so had to hold with one hand the whole time to avoid spraying the whole room. And shower doors didn’t slide smoothly. Was a bit awkward to use but we managed. Convenient location for Nadi tours but driver doesn’t always turn up at the actual hotel, despite pickup instructions, so be prepared to wait on the street just in case (my friend ended up having to get a taxi because the included shuttle didn’t stop at the hotel like it was supposed to).

Close proximity to jet point shops and restaurants . Given a family room that we could cook in if we wanted. Free shuttle service to the airport Pool

Breakdown in communication. Had arranged dropoff at the airport the day before. When we arrived at reception. The lady said you should have arranged the drop off b4 hand. I said what do you mean I did yesterday. There was no drop off for us written on the white board as the reptionist I spoke to previously forgot to write it on the board. But luckily the lady at the desk made some phone calls and there was someone there to give us a lift within 20mins of waiting .

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the newly refurbished Deluxe Room 209.

I noticed a couple of things in the bathroom that could be fixed. The glass door on the bathtub kept swinging open during shower, and the floor was wet. Also, the showerhead seemed quite low for me, making it a bit of a squeeze. I was wondering if maybe a walk-in shower would be a better solution? It would eliminate the issue with the swinging door and provide more headroom for taller guests

The pool area very nice place to chill out...breakfast was good and heaps of seating/tables...staff are lovely... shuttle was waiting for us at the airport...driver was nice and informative about Nadi...he helped us with transport to ship at Lautoka at a reasonable rate...great shopping next door to motel..local buse stop out front of hotel

No complaints...hotel great value

I liked that the free shuttle was awesome and bus stop was next door where South Sea cruises picked us up as well as supermarket Pharmacy Movie Theater and restaurants within walking distance

There was a waiting time for towels in the afternoon we worked in with 2-4pm to have a shower or swim in pool no problem with that

1)That the rooms were private and quiet. 2)There were warm blankets which we did not have at our last hotel. 3)The complimentary breakfast was great. 4)The pool was clean and lots of lovely outside sitting areas. Loved the palm trees and the hammock.

1)When we checked in every room occupants needed to have their ID handed in. This was a bit of a meh for me in terms of privacy plus wasn’t mentioned anywhere whilst booking. 2)I was expecting to have booking credit card checked because it said on the booking bit but I wasn’t asked. 3) the floor in our bathroom had dead mothers and a leaf so I assumed it wasn’t checked thoroughly before we checked in. 4) Communication - After cancelling house keeping on both our rooms, we still had two other knocks and one actually walked into the room as my brother and I were sleeping. Then one went into my sisters room as she was walking up to it. It’s the little things that add up to make a big thing!
