Lovely staff. Very welcoming and helpful. Not far from airport. Set in lovely grounds with beautiful views and sunsets over the Sleeping Giant Mountains. Good breakfast selection. Loved the breezy foyer and the drive up to the hotel, the covered walkways, the hammocks around the pool and the outlook from the restaurant. Didnt use the tennis court or pool but they looked good. Enjoyed our trip to Sleeping Giant Gardens and our lunch at Vuda Point Marina and our waterfall walk (and swim) at Abaca Village (all by taxi) in the Koroyanitu Range Heritage Park.

Our room was a bit dated. Colour scheme was sort of brown - beige. Lighting was dingy. Pretty poor tiling job in bathroom but it was nice to have a covered terrace with a view.

The hotel is few minutes away from the airport, very convenient to reach by a taxi. We reached early morning, way before the check in time and the hotel staff was very kind to give us the room without any extra charges. It was such a relief, because we were very tired from the journey. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Hot water was available at all the time and good water pressure. We used the swimming pool and it was a very relaxing experience. The hotel premises is very spacious and nestled in centre however away from the noise. The hotel is not a flashy one, but me and my spouse both loved the rustic touch, amenities were all present. Cannot stop appreciating the staff as they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The town centre is just a 5 min walk. You can find restaurants and shops there. Taxis are easily available if you want to head out to Denarau for activities. Over all a very nice experience.

Novotel Nadi is close to the airport (taxi rate 10 FJD) and on walking distance from the village of Namaka with lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel is very quiet. I had a nice, spacious room with view to the Sleeping Giant. Staff is very hlpfull.

The second time I stayed there I wanted tthe same room as before and staff promised so. However, they gave me a not so good room. but after one night I could change to my preferred room,,so that problem was solved. That room (724) has just one small drawback: the soap and the shampoo are in the shower and NOT near the bath tub... So. how can I wash my hair whenin the bath?

The receptionist was helpful, and my check-in went smoothly. I only had to stay for few hours but I had a comfortable stay and sleep. My transport was ready waiting to take me to the airport.

I arrived early morning around 2am with a suitcase and would appreciate more if someone helped me carry my luggage to my room especially that I had to go down the stairs and then go up the stairs again when I left the room. Usually, they would do that but not when I arrived this time. Other than that, all was very good!

Nice big property with good facilities - Breakfast was good and staff were lovely. Kids loved it and the pool. Good proximity to airport with a supermarket only a few minutes walk from the lobby. The moko (lizards) and frogs that visit the properties in the evenings are always a highlight for the kids lol.

When we arrived at 2pm on our first stay on New Years day the rooms weren't ready for another 90 to 120mins and it was very hot. We understand that they may have been short staffed for New Years day but for what we paid on the for the rooms on that day some compensation would've been appreciated considering we couldn't get in to our rooms when at check in time. Albeit was a good stay in general this was a little annoyance for us. Kids menu for restaurant would be a good addition :)

We only stayed here for a quick overnight stay once we landed at the airport until we could catch a boat the next day. The staff were absolutely lovely, we got room service as we were tired and it was great. The room was big and the balcony was great! It was also very safe with cardless entry and bolt locks on the main door and balcony. It was really easy to get a taxi the next morning when we checked out.

It wasn't an issue for us, but to note, the kitchen played live music until 10pm which might be a bit annoying if you wanted to get an early night sleep. This was a Friday night though so mighnt'nt be every night. No free water in the hotel which was disappointing as we cannot drink the tap water and I thought 1 x free bottle might've been supplied but this was pretty cheap from the kitchen.

Lovely staff, very well kept facilities. Good value if you don't want to pay for an extortionate resort. Not by the beach but only a short taxi ride from many great locations. I love that the pool is open 24 hours, great for middle of the night dips when I couldn't sleep. Room very clean and well serviced every day. Restaurant is fine, menu selection isn't huge but the food was tasty. Convenient that they have a shop and a gym on site.

Couldn't get consistent temperature out of the shower, was either too hot or too cold. But this was only a minor issue.

Arrived early at 10.00 am and hotel had no issues checking us in early and even gave us an upgraded room! We have stayed at this hotel several times and know what to expect. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast is good. Hotel is a 5 minute drive from the airport (no airport noise). Taxi fare is Fiji$15. You could walk it in 15 minutes, but not recommended if the temp is 30C. Rooms and facilities are a bit dated but otherwise clean and tidy, just remember this is Fiji and not the USA, UK or Australia, so make some allowances for some things not being quite up to point. When we checked out, the hotel had Taxi's waiting to take us to the airport. We used the hotel for a transit stop and whilst there we visited Denerau Marina which was a Fiji$40 taxi fare. Hotel has a nice pool and open grounds.

Rooms and facilities are a bit tired but otherwise clean and tidy. From experience, when something breaks down in Fiji it takes a while for it to be fixed.

We only spent the night here as we were transiting to Savusavu. We have a comfortable room and mostly quiet overall. Breakfast was abundant and food tasted very fresh. I would have loved more natural juices with no additional sugars and more fruits available. The pool was large but we haven't use it due to rain. Insects were present at times but the people around were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

I don't think I can find a down side to our stay. Very nice experience overall. Thank you
