This was our third time staying at Nasau Resort and Villas, and once again, it did not disappoint! The pool is an absolute highlight — crystal clear, beautifully maintained, and the perfect spot to unwind with a cold drink after a day of exploring. A special shoutout to the General Manager, who personally assisted us during our first stay when we encountered some issues. Not only did they sort everything out swiftly, but they also upgraded us to a villa, making that visit truly memorable. Our second stay was just as wonderful, with every little hiccup fully resolved and the team making sure we were perfectly looked after throughout. Nasau Resort and Villas continue to be our go-to place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with genuine Fijian warmth. During our third stay, we encountered several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The TV didn’t work despite reporting it to staff and the GM. The iron was very dirty and even gave me a minor shock, the toilet seat was broken and a spring was sticking out of the mattress. We also had problems with the hot water in the mornings. On a positive note, the GM personally assisted and resolved most of the issues, which we appreciated.

We travelled as a group of 11 and we absolutely enjoyed our stay at Nasau Resorts & Villas. We booked a 4 bedroom Villa and it was the best thing we could’ve done as a big family. The stuff and hospitality was immaculate, the pool was a good way to stay cool in the Fiji heat. Our stay was relaxing and peaceful

The Villa wasn’t clean properly, floors weren’t mopped, bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly. Mopping floors, cleaning showers & power washing the exterior would have made the Villa a little more refreshing.

Quiet, amazing scene of nature and exceptional customer service especially from the lovely Seini who mothered me and Moses who was a true legend always going out of his way to ensure I was comfortable and well looked after!! Manager Novitesh the who was so amazing and very helpful in getting me into one of his rentals at such a last minute due to being previously scammed by a Rental Car company. Andrea who made sure I was comfortable and had that I needed. Vinaka Vakalevu to all the Team at Nasau from the reception staff, amazing porter who had to carry 3 heavy suitcases up the stairs to level 2 and back down again upon check out, bar staff and kitchen staff, along with house keeping team. Thank you all for your amazing work. Being away from home on my own was hard enough, however I was very much and well looked after by all the staff. And this is why I will always return back to this resort because of its welcoming and exceptional customer service. Personal touch and ensuring my safety and well-being was always their priority in a foreign county on my own. I will never be able to say thank you enough. And will be sure to see you all again in September Jah willing. So with that being said, I humbly say to you all Vinaka Vakalevu and Jah bless!!

The resort was amazing, the staff were always so friendly, it was very in-land but it was quiet, and peaceful, breathtaking views of mountains surrounding the resort, as well as the very huge pool. it was beautiful. Perfect for a peaceful get away.

Honestly, overall theres not much to complain about. Howeber, I think the breakfast could be a lot better, when we were there it was baked beans, porridge, and fruit platters - maybe some eggs, bacon and sausages could really elevate the experience. Also, the wifi didn't reach our rooms so we had to hang around by the pool or at the lobby.

We were a group of 12 people. We booked two 4 bedroom villas. The villas were spacious & Close to each other. Airport is very close to the resort. Mountain views around the resort. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Lack of follow ups. Our showers were blocked and no one came to fix it. Small insects everywhere inside the villas. On the way to the dining, water was leaking. Pool is not clean. We saw tadpoles in.

It is in a lovely location in the hills but close to Nadi City. Nice views over the hills and can see the distant mountains. The pool is a very good size. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The road to the resort is quite rough. Some facilities in the resort are not in very good condition. The pool edge has a concrete grate which is broken in many parts and could cause an injury. Some of the equipment, like deck chairs are starting to fall apart.

Location very quiet, view absolutely beautiful. Rooms are clean ,love the big shower heads it satisfied the body especially with the humidity in the west. Not far from the airport, transport very easy $15 by taxi or Pari (sometimes not the same but still less than $20) Staffs are friendly .

Rooms confectionery are good but no spoons provided. There was no information provided in the room or at the desk about the opening time of the restaurant.

The roads leading to the hotel need an upgrade by the department of roads/public works.. The hotel itself is situated on a beautiful spot if what you seek is peace and quiet. It is not a 5 star hotel but the staff, especially at their bar & restaurant, are just amazing!! All thanks to their bula smiles, friendly service and care, Vinaka Nau-Mere, Seini, Jerry & Moses, also kudos to their chef. The food/meal prepared was yummy! The room was spacious and clean, I truly enjoyed great R&R at Nasau. VInaka.

Had nothing to complain about, really, but housekeeping to note: if guests spend more than 3 - 4 days, then clean towels to be changed in room, on the third day without guests having to ask?

It was very affordable for a big family and out of the busy life of the town which was very soothing for some of us. Enjoyed the sunset

The outside area was wet with water drips and would have been better if it had been mopped. There were many children running around.

We went with very low expectations after reading the reviews but found Nasau to be a great budget conscious option. The rooms were comfortable and the showers were good. The staff were very friendly. It was quiet with only a few guests. The pool was nice. Great views of the mountains. And the food was good.

The place is a little run down but you are not paying top dollar to stay here and for that reason we had no problem with the property. The lovely friendly staff made the place really nice.
