"The room was immaculately clean, but the place was undergoing some minor renovations. As a result, the TV wasn't working and the air conditioning was a bit old. However, I was informed that these issues were going to be resolved soon. Overall, the entire suite was in great condition, and the staff, including the hotel manager, were incredibly friendly and helpful."

No in-room entertainment. It would have been nice to have a smart TV with subscribed channels. The pool needs to be cleaned as well. Need more space for car parks.

The customer service is fantastic! Joe the manager and his staff - Andy and other Hotel staff are exceptional. The rooms are newly refurbished and are very comfy. The location was perfect, not more than 3 minutes drive to and from the airport and within walking distance from the New World shopping mall. Away from the busy street, great views from the balcony where you can order a nice breakfast and have it there. I enjoyed my stay there and this will definitely be my place to stay from now on!

Staff were very polite and prompt, helped carried my suitcase to my room and from my room, got a wake up call. Taxi service available (staff's make the arrangement for you). Only $10 from this location to the airport. I know reviews have mentioned wifi only available outside, but I got lucky and got a room that was in range of the wifi (upstairs). Wifi was fast. Check in and check out process was fast and easy. Water pressure for shower and sink fast. Have hot water :)

After my visit i think people should ignore previous reviews. The stay was amazing. Staff was generously kind & cooperative. Rooms are spacious and very well ventilated with clean linen. Air conditioning worked well, TV was working, kettle was there with ample supply of packed tea coffee & milk. Hot water and towels were also provided. I am completely satisfied and my next visit will only be in this hotel. I don't know how it got bad ratings and I guess in this price point the hotel is doing pretty well.

Location was a little bit off otherwise everything we needed was there and no issues.

A microwave was missing according on the list ,bit of noise by cleaners outside overnight cleaning paths ,early morning people talking outside wakes you up , pot holes on the road

Clean, easy to find and get to, easy access to taxi service, rooms clean, shower and toilet clean, bed was so comfy, aircon worked well, wifi password was given and it worked

I didnt try and look for it but no elevator, no telephone list of how to call reception or how to order room service, no menu available in the room of what you can order for room service or what the charge is if u wanted to order service

The facility was emasculate and even the room.It was beyond my expectation. The afternoon staffs were very professional and super helpful..Couldn’t be more thankful..Thank you to the 2 Fijian ladies that worked afternoon on the 14-16th November 😍

Staff members were awesome. Hands down to the bartender he was absolutely polite. The gentleman who works the graveyard shift was absolutely wonderful. Good food good people and honestly went back again after our trip to suva :)

Because it was under renovation the toilet was a problem but staff members always there to help.

My husband works in Australia and I also work for a hotel industry in a 5 star 🌟 Resort, I would say I was blown away with the Airport Ace standard. Love the beautiful rooms and excellent services and experience 👌 Most of all the hotel have a great staff. Vinaka Keshmi, Liti and Shyreen 🙏💖

The manager was accomodating and helping / recommending us what we can do and save money. Like taxi and how much they should charge. We were late as our flight was delayed but still welcomed us. Great location, bed comfy and room is clean. Staff accomodating too. Will definitely recommend this hotel.
