Modern house, clean. Quiet location short drive from airport, away from crowds. Air conditioning (in bedrooms only)

Was not aware that the owners were living on property. Was a separate building however and still private but would’ve been nice to know.

The property was beautiful. A few issues I noticed like the dishwasher was full and not unpacked when I arrived. Tiles coming off the pool steps. Just a few things missing like no broom to sweep or a clothes basket to hang the washing. Loved the beds and pillows and the small things like having pool towels and moisturiser in the bathrooms. Was quite expensive, but very private and secure. The house was big enough to have some guests/family over. Loved the private chef although he turned up 2 hours earlier then planned

As per above just a few things and some maintenance around the house. But was a beautiful property.

An outside light was automatically set to go on at night which kept me awake. There was tape over it indicating not to turn it off. The kitchen also had a light switch which had tape over it indicating that it should not be turned off. It felt unsafe. For the price of the villa I expected it to be cleaner. It looked like it had not been cleaned for a little while. There were dust in corners and dust webs throughout the living areas and bedrooms, stairwell etc. The barbecue did not work properly. The switch to turn it on did not work. It had not been cleaned for sometime.

Ace was our hostess to start with to pick us up from the airport and was very helpful getting us settled in and wasted no time taking us to Denarau for dinner. Holy went above and beyond as well helping book things to do and even spent the day with us on one of our activities. Two amazing girls that made a stay very relaxed. Can't forget my boys who came every morning to cook us breakfast.

Nice and big property, very clean and good facilities in the house. We got in very early, there was some confusion regarding them let us hang out at the beach until checkin (we were told we could via WhatsApp communications but when at the property we were told the beach was closed), so had to try and kill time before checkin. Management were kind enough to let us checkin a little earlier.

The area has nothing happening - only 1 restaurant and supermarket. There’s lots of development happening, may be great in 5 years but if you’re looking for bars or entertainment, this is not the place for you.

This place was amazing with heaps of rooms for a large family or group of friends. Each room has its own ensuite. It has the main facilities plus a gym and pool table a pool. The pool has a changing room next to it with its own shower! It was beyond perfect for us - it was exceptional😍. Also has a supermarket up the road and is very close to Nadi Airport. Security gate access giving peace of mind securty wise. The only negative would be trying to set the TV to work and the wifi

The accommodation was perfect for our group of six friends. It was spacious and had the three bedrooms we needed. The kitchen and barbecue area were well-equipped, providing everything we required for our stay. The furnishings were comfortable, allowing us to gather both inside and outside with ease. The entire place, including the pool and garden, was clean and modern, and everything worked perfectly. What made our stay even more enjoyable were the hosts. They were incredibly kind and always ready to help. They assisted us with quick bookings and guided us in exploring the city and its surroundings. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience, making our trip memorable.

You have to take a taxi or a cab to go to shopping grocery or any eateries. Other than that no issue.

Facilities were amazing. Quality of the house exceeded my expectations. The hosts are so friendly and helpful.... they really make the stay so easy.

The location has limited resources around it. The hosts are more than happy to run you down to the local supermarket or even through to Denerau for a round of golf or a shopping trip but not quite the same as having these within easy walking distance. I am sure though when the Raddison is up and running this will change however.

Luxurious well appointed secure gated villas close to the airport. We were an extended family of 17 and had 2 villas close to each other (93 and 108). Both were extremely spacious, clean and suitable for large families. We received good support from friendly staff who helped out quickly with minor problems/ queries.

Villa 93's hot water system was not as good as villa 108. Showers were lukewarm most of the time. Also, a slightly uneven slope on villa 93's pool deck meant that water kept pooling on 1 side of the deck- which made it risky for falls with so many kids about.

Villa was absolutely beautiful. Had an awesome view of the mountains and river as well. Despite the heat, it had awesome air conditioning and fans. Everything looks amazing. We opted for daily breakfast during our stay — 10s across the board to the staff! Very yummy.

Location is pretty isolated. Wifi was very spotty (in and out of connection).
