I booked 3 rooms here because our group of 6 had a day to spend near Nadi before a 10 pm flight home. It was the best best choice i could have made. Definitely a 3 star hotel but the location was perfect - right on the beach but also very near Nadi. My family of 6 was able to find space to do what they wanted. Staff were helpful. The rooms were basic but clean. The pool was out of commission but luckily this hotel is owned by the Ramada Inn next door - complete with pool, children's pool and small playground. Club 56 on the 6th floor of the Ramada Inn is a gem. Great food and a spectacular view. We kept a family room for the last day which was perfect. Gave us access to the hotel and we could all clean up before a late flight Great location.

Our superior room didn't have windows you could see out of. Frosted windows looking onto the Ramada Inn. I'd rather have clear windows even if I am looking at the Ramada Inn.

The staff are warm hearted, so helpful. We couldn’t get contact with our next day’s hotel, couldn’t find the suitable transportation, they gave us a lot of help. Facilities are good as this price, food is okay, good value

Some machine noise in the night

There was a misunderstanding with the waiters and bar staff over and an unpaid meal. I was concerned and tried to clear it up. But I felt outnumbered by all the staff watching and listening. I avoided them as I felt intimidated. So I just kept smiling at everyone in the end. One lovely staff member was able to tell them and me that it had been resolved. Otherwise, the reception staff and other staff members were lovely. Lots of chaotic and loud people and music on 2 or 3 nights, but it finished around midnight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

We booked this accommodation at short notice and were so happy with our choice. We got the family suite for our family of 5 (2 grandparents, 1 parent, 2 kids) and it was perfect. Kids loved the bunk beds. There was also a spacious balcony that had the most beautiful view overlooking Wailoaloa. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool although my parents werent so keen as it is right in front of the restaurant/bar area. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant - all our meals were decent portion sizes, delicious & great value for money. We stayed on a Monday night and didnt find the hotel noisy at all. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to others.

Nice that it has a restaurant and the most sweet girl works there! Good views over the ocean and okay rooms! Also very easy to make friends :)

The reception told us no buses go on Sunday so we would book an expensive taxi to the coral coast. The reality is that buses do go.. I don't like that they want to make money and not tell us the correct info. Also a guy at the restaurant told my friend she could throw her sigaret on the beach instead of giving her an ashtray... Not okay! Also too much plastic in the restaurant.

Location was perfect, and i frequently got the bus into Nadi. Beach is nice and weather was lovley. The people in the shared rooms were friendly and considerate of people sleeping.

Some of the men in the shared rooms didnt clean up after themselves in the bathroom. The food here was quite expensive and also generic- but portions were generious. I often went out of the hotel for food. The air conditioning in the room was a bit high but could be changed by anyone- so no problem there.

The a/c was actually cold in the room, the bathroom is inside the dorm room, true beach front, friendly staff, in house ATM

The internet is not good

Staff were really helpful, especially the ladies who worked on the tours counter in reception. Lovely outdoor area on the beach. We stayed on half price pizza night which was a bonus. Close to a supermarket, restaurant and other hotels. Very large and comfortable bed.

No bottled water in the room, a couple of complimentary bottles would’ve been great after a long journey to Fiji. The WiFi was patchy at times. Very basic but had everything we needed with lovely staff to help :)

Fine for a night before or after the islands. I was in a 14 bed girls dorm which was less than 1/3 full so full capacity could be abit intense. The dorm bathroom had 2 showers and toilets so not just a tiny bathroom which was good. No key but 24hr reception which the room was next to so east access. Nice staff Handy with the restaurant/ bar and local supermarket . No signs of bed bugs like mentioned in nearby accom

Bathroom was very flooded - hopefully from the showers and nothing else but quite dangerous / skippy when walking through

Really friendly and helpful staff, loads of activities suggested on the wall and help to book all trips - looks like all include transfers to Denarau. Lovely view of the sea at sunset, good food and drinks

There was mould in the ceilings of the showers (dorm room) and toilets often ran out of paper. It would be very useful to have some small pockets/nets attached to the side of each dorm bed for personal items.
