The resort was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location initially felt quite suspect on arrival as we arrived in the dark and the taxi headed very slowly up an unsealed road however, in the light of day it wasn't too bad, and it was only a $10 taxi ride into town. Sitting in the dining area/bar and looking out over the beach was gorgeous. We would stay here again.

Unable to have a second door key card as the hotel only provides one per room, the same key and activates the lights etc. in the room, this became a problem when I was sick and was in bed resting and my husband was down in the bar watching the rugby, when he came back up to check on me, he was unable to get back in the room without waking me to open the door. Also we were woken at 3am one morning when a neighbouring guest was unable to get back in her room and was loudly knocking on her room door to wake her companion. A second key card to the room would've been ideal. This was our only dislike otherwise the resort was perfect for our short stay.

Bure 6: squeaky door, cold tap on sink doesn’t work. walls paper thin, you can hear next door snoring like they are in the next bed.

Great dinner meals, beach setting, swimming pools, some staff friendly, comfortable bed, internet included in room. Good air conditioning but could have had a slightly cooler lower temperature. Good shuttle and taxi to Nadi and Port Denarau.

Breakfasts a bit expensive and often run out of things but they were usually replenished, leaking shower cubicle, construction going on for much of the time, made the lunchtime period by the pools seem blissful and quiet. Got bitten a lot by sandflies in the restaurant. After a couple of days always used insect repellent.

I stayed for a couple of days in a bungalow surrounded by plants and flowers, very beautiful! The room and shower room were very clean, well ventilated. Every night there was a performance/show for the guests to get to know more about Polynesian culture, brilliant idea! Local fish and other meals from fish in the restaurant were fantastic! Very fresh and tasty. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay before going to/arriving from the airport.

I would advise a little bit improve guests service in the restaurant. During my stay I had to make self-service by ordering food near the bar for a few times, although the restaurant was not busy and the waitresses were just chatting. As the sea is extremely affected by tides, I would still recommend for the hotel managers to think how to engage guests with the sea and sea activities. People travel thousands of miles to enjoy Fijian sun and sea but not stay near the swimming pools, unfortunately. Furthermore, the shore could be cleaned of trash after tides.

The bungalow we received should of been a garden view only but upon arrival we received a much better bungalow with a sea view, of which was very pleasant, the staff where very friendly, polite and pleasant throughout our stay, even with the simple things such as arranging a taxi for our trips out, breakfast was very lovely and plentiful, both lunchtime and evening meals where lovely should you need to have one, it has 2 good sized swimming pools, and very lovely laid out gardens

The only minor downfall is in the bungalow needs a slightly bit of modernisation in places such as lighting in the bathroom, I wasn't keen on a single uncovered bear light blub over the bathroom sink, there was no plug in the sink, the hair dryer had used hair attached to it, the walls throughout could do with new paint, and though tea and coffee etc was offered sadly there was no milk, and no spoon to use as part of the coffee and tea tray

The whole place was clean and tidy, staff were very helpful, and arrangements for early trip to airport worked perfectly. Watching the sunsets from the restaurant on the beach were wonderful experiences.

The food was fairly pricey for what was on offer.

We loved that the resort was easy to get to from the airport. It had two nice pools with loungers for lying on, and shades along the beach too. The beach is very scenic, and clean in front of the resort. The grounds are very well maintained, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The included buffet breakfast is very basic, but lunches and dinners were nice, as were the cocktails etc. The Fijian night was fun to watch. It was a busy time of year but the resort didn't feel crowded and wasn't noisy. The room had air con which was great. Bed was comfy. Each room had a clothes rack for wet items, which was very handy. Although there were things we didn't love (as below) there weren't that bad, and we would go back.

The reception staff were rather unfriendly and not interested in going out of their way to offer help, and we often got conflicting information from different staff. We were given no information when we checked into our room so had to ask about things like beach towels, safety of drinking tap water, safety of the beach for swimming. The room was very dark because it had shutters on all windows, with no glass, so if you wanted to keep the room cool with the air con, the shutters had to be closed, and lights weren't great. The bathroom had walls separating it from the room but no ceiling, so there was less privacy than one of our party was comfortable with, as noise travelled. WIFI was ok at the restaurant/pool area but very unreliable in our room, which was quite far from there.

the food menu is a bit expensive, food is pretty simple tasting no seasoning. we chose to eat out most of the time. its too expensive

the staff is absolutely fantastic! they will always go extra mile for you. Especially Illy, the barmaid, excellent drinks and always with a smile. She made me feel at home. Emma the receptionist was also excellent worker, always ready to help me. Lodgy the security guy was also very kind and helpful at all times. As a solo traveler this was the best place to go, i made many friends and had a very good time. Yes price of food there is quite expensive and not that special, but you can always go to town with just 10 min taxi drive for 10$ each way. The atmosphere is just the best, I could relax when i wanted to relax and party when i felt like partying. Would definitely go back again.

here the time goes slower so everything it won’t be fast as in other countries. Sit back and relax cause you are going to wait for it. It’s fiji time! Food it’s average and pricey

The beach bungalows were excellent, comfortable, and cozy with a stunning ocean view. The staff were exceptional in making our stay even more enjoyable. Perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The bungalows were excellent and we really appreciate the beautiful setting and service. However we value privacy when it comes to holiday accommodation, its not just about occasional noise such as sounds from other guests but also the general sense of respect for each others space. We prefer accommodations where we can enjoy the whole bungalow privately without sharing. That said, everything else was really good and we had a pleasant stay.
