Breakfast was good. Dinner was OK. I have stayed at the hotel many times when in transit.

Breakfast could start earlier than 7am and management needs to make sure everything is out on display by 7am. You definitely need more staff on duty at front desk first thing in the morning. There was only one staff and I had to wait 10+ min to check out. Carpets in hallways need cleaning please. Taxi service from hotel is very unreliable (Fiji time ++?)

The staff were wonderful, the hotel looked great, the breakfast menu was enjoyable, and the rooftop pool was fantastic. Close to MacDonalds and a supermarket, cinema, restaurants, and Burger King were all within walking distance. Easy to find transport.

From the outside and the lobby, the hotel looked amazing. However, the room was in need of an overhaul. When we entered, it smelt musty. Curtains had small holes, patio door didn't lock, sofa bed was stained as was the base of the bed and carpet was in poor condition. There were bits out of walls here and there. The bathroom was ok. Perhaps other rooms in the hotel were in better condition. The restaurant menu needed more variety. Overall, it was a little disappointing after the pictures we had seen online. I would be ok with a short stay here again but not a long stay.

The Rooftop pool is a definite attraction point for this hotel. It has exceptional views of the surrounding area - including the Sleeping Giant, Nadi Bay, general country side and for plane enthusiasts (direct line of sight to landings/take-off runway) The food in Thyme restaurant is really good but coffee average (coffee machine not working) - better to go next door for McCafe coffee or other cafes such as Bulacinno Chinese restaurant downstairs is also really good for food - quick service and delicious meals)

the Balcony views on the lower floors are average - claim "Bay views" but building site with a slight distant view

The view from my 7th floor room facing the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other side was spectacular, and the suset from the rooftop pool was beautiful indeed.

Only 1 key which controlled the power. Everything I came into the room, it was very hot and it took time for the air conditioning to cool down the room. The TV was terrible with limited channels and a volume that was not working well. Please put a bedside lamp.

The food was very good, especially for dinner. The staff are amazing, very friendly and will go the extra mile. I found the hotel clean. I also liked that there was a free shuttle bus to the shops. I think for the price, this is a great hotel! I would recommend Nalagi.

The restaurant in the morning was always very busy, no matter what time you went. I also went to the restaurant for dinner one night, but the restaurant was empty apart from one staff member. The restaurant didn't feel very inviting. I decided to take the food to my room instead of sitting at the restaurant.

As been promised to get full speed wifi, disappointed because for the 3 nights stay had no internet at all. I choose this hotel looking at all options like internet, breakfast, facilities. The most disappointing thing was upon asking so many times was only been informed that there will be someone fixing wifi soon which never happened. The night before returning I was told I can change my room. I couldn’t change my room for 5 to 6 hours as I was flying back early morning, checking out at 5am. If wifi was an issue then I should have been told to move rooms on my first night instead of just few hour before check out.

We traveled with our elderly parents for family emergency and felt the staff so friendly & welcoming .Rooms were up to our expectations. Special thanks to the house keeping team for maintaining the cleanliness. Vika the house keeping staff looked after us.She made sure our room was cleaned daily with towels & amenities. We will definitely be back for future travels to fiji. Thanks to the entire team from checking in to leaving. The staff warmth touched our hearts 💕.

The hotel is well situated on The Queens Road between the airport and Nadi city centre, within walking distance of many restaurants and convenience stores. Our room was on the 7th floor with a pleasant outlook and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the convenient off-street parking. The roof-top pool and bar area was an excellent spot to watch sunset. The Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel was very good.

Some disappointing aspects of our room: the fridge was purely ornamental; the toilet seat was broken; the shower water pressure was weak and it was hard to regulate the temperature. The breakfast room staff were slow to replace cups, plates etc when they had run out and to replenish food items when they had run out.
