Great staff great pools good room great resort

Mattress too firm uncomfortable sleep, sometimes music in main pool area was too loud. As this is only place where you can look out to sea its a nice area but loud. Quieter adult pool is tucked back inbetween apartments no sea view and if lots go there can be noisy. Not enough sunshades right next to the main pool either. 90 min chat about resort is more like 2 hrs and wouldn't want to listen to it each time but you do get bonuses. Wifi could have been stronger

I think we were upgraded to a large one bedroom apartment. I was stunned when told the rooms were only serviced once every 8 days! Thankfully, we were only there for 3 nights. The staff are friendly and happy.

The resort facilities are boutique compared to other hotels in the area. Bula Bingo is played far too loudly and it's difficult to. Avoid loud music at night.

We went for my partner's 30th and they made it very special and provided cake and wine. The staff were wonderful and so friendly. The hospitality was simply amazing. The cultural nights were very enjoyable and good value in my opinion.

There was no buffet breakfast, which would have been great. We found that our aircon didnt really work well, we basically left it on for several hours when we left the room to ensure it was cool when we returned. Being a resort catered to families, this didnt suit us but it was still enjoyable

Staff friendly super. Clean nice pool and pool bar n spa.

At counter we paid more than what was quoted by booking.com plus Visa charge. We are not happy. Please call to discuss.

The staff were the best part of the stay. Most were so welcoming and friendly. Absolutely loved the swim up bar and whole place felt so relaxing. The beachshack restaurant food was delicious... Especially the carbonara. Our room was lovely and spacious.

The pushy hard sell at the timeshare talk. I found the concept quite appealing at the beginning of the talk and was seriously considering buying in. Unfortunately as the session went on I felt pushed and the hard sell got too much and I pulled away completely. That put a slight dampener on the rest of the day. The treatments at the spa, while quite nice, were a little pricey for the quality. Our toenails and skin around the toenails have been a little tender since the pedicures. Probably will not use spa in the future if we return.

The lay out. I could find an area that suited me & my plans that day. As a solo traveller there was a lot of activity to choose from to be amongst people. Or I could just chill out in the adults only pool or find a quiet spot by the beach or on my balcony. The swim up bar was great fun too.

I found the food options a little limited. However I know this is probably because it caters to children & families mostly. I would have liked more light snack options that weren’t the heavy standard burger & fries .. maybe chicken skewers or seafood options like calamari for example. However I did find a fish taco for brunch at the Mexican restaurant. (The fish was cooked beautifully but it lacked seasoning, so I counteracted that with some hot sauce :) In saying that, the best food option I found was at Port Denerau. I got the Kokoda & chicken tikka masala takeaway & caught the bula bus home for dinner & lunch the next day.

Good stopover location on the way to Australia for a couple of days. Close to the airport. Unit was a decent sized condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Grounds very pretty. Big pool with lots of kids over new year holiday. Staff was friendly. Beach shack restaurant by the water was our go to for good food and friendly staff. Easy to walk along the water to other resorts nearby that have a better beach. We went for good meals at other resorts. Golf course is right across the street, but did not have enough time to play.

Despite great reviews we could not eat our food at the Mexican restaurant. Made us look for better food at the nearby resorts. No real beach here. 5-10 minute walk to a decent beach at the Sheraton resort.

The best thing about this resort was the staff, absolutely wonderful. Our two bedroom apartment was very nice. Comfortable beds, good aircondition. Short walk to all facilities. The pool area is nice as well. There is also an adults only pool a bit away from the bigger pool and it's quiet and has cabanas. Had a wonderful relaxing massage at the spa. The restaurants are two really and are ok.

Only stopped two nights before heading out to the islands.We are not much for resorts so the constant entertainment idea is not for us. The bingo seemed to go on forever by the pool but we didn't let that bother us to much and most seemed to enjoy it. And we had fun at the fire dance.

I just returned from a 6 night stay in a 2 bedroom with 4 other girls for my birthday trip! I couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. It was the perfect amount of space for the group. We were all comfortable. The staff was so kind and welcoming. I felt safe at all hours. The resort was kept clean and offered everything we needed. The location was even better than we anticipated. Get the Bula bus pass— super convenient!

My single only complaint is that the pool is a little deeper than is convenient if you’re just hanging out. We are all under 5’3 so this is probably a very personal complaint.

Everything! Perfect for young families. Location is central to Port Denarau and other resorts, also only about 10 minutes from Nadi town. The facilities include in room cooking as well as several outdoor communal barbecue areas. So you can save some money by cooking for yourself. We treated ourselves to a couple of nights eating at the two restaurants at the resort as well as Service one night. Both restaurants had outstanding food and Service and of course the room service was a nice comfortable evening in watching the latest movies that were free on offer. The rooms are large, comfortable and Modern. The pool is amazing. I was told it’s the longest pool in the southern hemisphere. I really like that the pool was open from 7 am to 10 pm so you can get a heck of a lot of swimming done. But the best part about the stay, with the staff. What an amazing bunch of people. Life in Fiji is hard and economically. The locals are not well off, however they are always happy, friendly, helpful and always have a smile on their face! Several people that stood out where the porters Kitione, Sekove “Scooby”, the checking person Waqa and manager Lamarie(apologies if I got the spelling wrong here). Thank you for making us stay a memorable one.
