Close to the port. Easy five minute walk across a car park. Nice little pool area and great cafe on site. Would stay again.

Customer Service and Reception was impeccable they went above and beyond duty, so helpful in all ways. Location near shops we loved and transport as well. Room Service supplied face washers and hand towels..once asked for it. so helpful in all ways.

The first room we had water from shower flow thru into bedroom and I walked through it, realising the problem. Reception were very helpful and change our room, I notice when situated room next to each other you were able to hear them coming in and out of the room and door closing loudly behind us and them.

Spacious and comfortable apartment (for 2 of us), but ideal for families or groups. We were on the ground floor with easy access to the pool area which was excellent. Staff were always friendly and efficient. Great location close to shopping, restuarants ands cafes across the road and a short taxi or walk to other resorts. A really cost effective option for more budget travellers. Cafe staff also good with reasonable prices.

TV reception was often a problem. Took some time to connect sometimes and reception issues with fuzzy pictures. Rooms had some minor maintenance issues, but nothing major. Still very good value for money for Denarau.

Well located close to Port Denarau shops and boat terminal. Room was enormous, could comfortably stay for a long time if needed. Self contained to cook your own meals if you wished. On site cafe. 24 hour reception.

Plumbing issue with the bathtub- a fitting wasn’t secured so when the water was let out the whole room flooded. We went to get urgent help but had to talk to several people before someone would attend which was stressful. Maintenance fixed the issue but we were hesitant to use the bath, and had a large part of our afternoon disrupted. Had inconsistent information from various reception staff about local tours.

The Palms Denarau was truly magical for my family and me. The facilities were amazing, spacious rooms and living areas. Everything you needed in kitchen was provided, very clean and comfortable. The cafe was just delicious in food and drinks, pool was a winner for the kids. But I have to say the staff are what stood out for me, from the moment you stepped foot on their facilities you felt welcomed. So a massive Vinaka Vaka Levu to Kerera, Fiona and Saimone in reception, Lavinia in the cafe and Mereoni in house-keeping. Security guard on shift every night was very helpful as well.

Perfect location just over the road from the port. Bulla bus pick up was outside. Great place to stay few days or prior to catching a boat the next day to head to an island. Friendly staff and clean and comfortable units. The road noise was not an issue for us. The cafe onsite has lovely food and great coffee. Pool is located at the front of the building and pool towels are easily found at reception.

While we arent in Fiji to watch television the reception was terrible. Gave up. We had no problems with the wifi.

Lots of like , such as the friendly cleaners, and staff in general. One feedback I will have and will comment in booking .com is that the floor seems to be quite dirty although it doesn’t appear on the surface. Wearing a white sock shows how dirty it is. Maybe ensuring the mop water is clean and rinse often. The room wasn’t ready by 3pm which is disappointing. You asked me when I was arriving and it seems the response didn’t mean much. You promote room to be ready by 3pm. This didn’t happen. Also at checkout, there were two staff, very nice, but at no time did they ask about how was my stay and just have a farewell conversation. That would have been good.

Great location across the road from the marina. Easy parking and really nice staff. Pool lovely and clean. Our apartment was huge. It had everything we needed. The cafe downstairs served nice coffee.

Well this would have been a 10 except for two things. 1. I rang ahead and asked for a quiet room. We were given the apartment on top of the cafe and in front of the pool. Certainly not a quiet room. They have other rooms away from the pool and cafe so request them. The nights were quiet as the pool shuts down at 9 pm. Also the cleaners not knocking and just appearing in your room needs to be addressed. We had a late check out and at 9.15 am a cleaner just walked in. Luckily I was dressed.

The location was excellent, helpful staff and tour desk, kitchen set up was basic but good, and the bula bus was cheap and great to visit other resorts for a meal and drink.

The sliding glass door between bedroom and bathroom was random.

Everything was wonderful! Large, spacious apartment, wonderful bathroom. Washer and dryer. Friendly and attentive staff. Right across from the marina. Swimming area was perfect for a refreshing morning dip.

I honestly can't think of anything.
