Chris and the team are amazing! When we arrived (family of 5, including 3 teenagers), we didn't realize that some of our rooms were in the villas and the others were in the apartments. We asked if we could have all our rooms in the apartments and Chris quickly made the changes effortlessly. Every request we sent to Chris was responded to promptly from ordering food, taxi's and requesting updates to the rooms. I also appreciated Chris proactively sending a list of the daily activities, which were fun! Matai helped my children and I kayak for the first time and came into the water with us until we were confident to navigate on our own. Loved it! The snorkelling was amazing with beautiful coral in our accommodation's back yard. Every single staff member we met was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay Maui Palms.

The only thing that we didn't enjoy was the price of the meals which were on the higher end, however portion sizes were average. The taste was fine but couldn't justify the cost. For this reason we walked down the road (about 10 mins) to eat. There are 4 different places to eat, all very reasonably priced and each offering a different type of cuisine.

We loved everything about this boutique resort. The quiet intimacy of the place, the beautiful location and very friendly helpful staff. Our teenagers are vegan and they could easily eat from the menu. They were also willing to make special meals but we didn’t need it. You can choose to eat anywhere at the resort at meal times (pool, room, restaurant) at no extra charge. We caught the local bus to Sigatoka for some shopping. The bus was open windowed with music playing loud and was a lot of fun. The locals were all very welcoming. There is a restaurant and supermarket across the street which we ate at for lunches. This resort almost felt like we were “at home” in the sense that it was peaceful and relaxing. Staff were around if needed to help with kayaks, snacks or reef/snorkel activities. Our villas were beautiful, we stayed in 3 & 4. Thank you for such an amazing visit.

We stayed in the apartments and they were clean and comfortable but not as well polished as the rest of the resort. Food was quite expensive at the resort so we alternated between eating there and the places across the road which were very good. We wish communication about the activities was a little bit better such as how long activities would be. I did get some bad cuts on the hiking so maybe check if you need long pants if they are going the same way we did.

We stayed in Villa #1, steps from the pool and the beach. I love snorkeling and from Maui Palms, we experienced the best snorkeling of our lives - we kept saying it felt like we were in a stocked aquarium. The staff were so helpful and friendly, always ready to help us improve our stay in anyway possible. Every meal we ate was exceptional - and although we ate many meals in the restaurant, we loved being served by our villa, poolside or near the beach. For a relaxing, stress free holiday, this was 10 out of 10. We can't say enough good things about each of the employees - they made Fiji for us.

The staff could not have been more friendly and accomoditing. its out of town which is what we wanted. Restaurant on site excellent food . 5 min walk to 4 different restaurants and small supermarket. Another 3 mins and 2 more restaurants, so lots of choices for a week stay. Reef at your front door .

There snorkeling gear needs updating. ( luckily took own mask and snorkel)

Maui Palms team are the friendliest people in Fiji! Real easy, relaxed vibe, comfortable, the team made us feel like family. The view from the apartment was incredible and we greatly appreciate the extra efforts for our honeymoon. The sunrise from bed was something we won't forget and photos don't do it justice. The pool is stunning and you couldn't get any closer to the beach. Having the option to dine in the restaurant or have meals delivered to the room was a nice touch. And free use of kayaks and snorkeling gear was a pleasant surprise. We saw lots of fish, reef sharks, and enjoyed the natural surroundings of Maui Palms. Thank you all, Amy and Matt

This stay was so wonderful; I have never encountered a staff that was so nice and accommodating! The room was perfect and we had an amazing beachfront view and access to the pool right out our door. The AC worked wonderfully and the bed was soooo comfy. There was a mini fridge in the room so we were able to keep our beverages nice and cold. We opted for Full Board and were really happy with the food choices, it was even more amazing that we were brought all our meals to our room so we could eat on our porch. Wifi was strong and free... Snorkeling and kayaking are free of charge and you can even get free instruction or a reef walk with their guide. We had a really late flight out on the day we were to depart, we asked for a late check out but our room was booked. So the manager offered to put us in the penthouse suite for our last night and we could leave late afternoon. The penthouse was AMAZING!! We couldn't believe we got this upgrade free of charge! They really care about their guests and it shows in very unexpected surprises.

Food is superb! A little pricey but worth it for the quality. Location is fantastic, right on the beach and short walking distance to supermarket, cafe with decent coffee and some good eateries

Loved our whole stay here. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us, especially Andi and Tiger, they were all so kind and helpful. We enjoyed a trip to the waterfalls with tiger and curry night at the hotel. The free activities are great too e.g snorkelling, paddle boarding. The hotel was immaculate, food was great and the pool area was lovely

There isn’t much going on in the evening and goes very quiet after 8pm, definitely more suited to couples than friends! Pool could use a few more sun loungers

From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by beautiful staff. Chris the manager is an exceptional person.. anything we needed he would get it done straight away. The rooms were very clean.with a lovely view. A big shout out to Felix who was wonderful company and took me out kayaking and snorkelling.. Ima, Norman and Matai were lovely. Just really lovely friendly staff in a boutique smaller style Resort.. I went with my two sons 16 and 18, and they enjoyed it. They didn’t need anything big and loud.. this was just a little piece of paradise!

The only thing I would mention and I feel bad even mentioning it but…. The pillows.!!! Only because I like firm pillows.! Everything else was amazing!
