There are many activities can enjoy. The view is excellent, and the staff members are friendly and willing to help. They also have a free shuttle from Levi's ski station, which is really convenient for visitors who don't rent a car.

The location was a dream, we were lucky and it was a lot of snow around, the breakfast was quite tasty and fun because we had the reindeers in the back yard and we watched them while we were eating. They have a lake where you can ice ski. The room was better than we though, now is the room of my dreams. Because of the rooftop glass we could spot the aurora. If we would have chosen a normal hotel, we loose the aurora moment. Internet works fantastic. The resort looks great on the internet, but in my opinion you have to stay there to see how awesome it is. For me everything was better when I stayed there.

The only thing I didn't liked is that I had to leave. I will be back for sure.

There wasn’t a moment during our stay where my jaw wasn’t dropped. This was one of the most special places I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The cabin was perfectly sized, had great amenities, had the most beautiful view out over the snowscape, and was very private. I had such a great night sleep under the stars and will never forget it. As for the hotel itself, there are so many activities you can do onsite such as ice skating, feeding the reindeer, roasting marshmallows by the fire, going on the snow trail walk with equipment provided by the hotel etc. so much to do on-site that you don’t even need to leave the premises. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic and I highly recommend doing the 3 course dinner at the restaurant - it was one of the best meals I had in my three week trip.

Nothing! It was perfect.

Everything was perfect, the cabins at the ranch were well equipped with perfect heating systems even at -15 temperatures. We loved the decor fit & finish and the beds are very comfortable too. The main highlight has to be the glass roof ceiling & top to bottom glass windows. It’s a perfect spot to watch the northern lights or stars while tucked under your bed. The staff are friendly the outdoor heated jacuzzi is just perfect, we couldn’t get enough it ! We used it every single day during our 3 nights stay. Highly recommend to get inside at night ! Food is fantastic with top notch presentation and quality. Breakfast buffet is served daily as well.

The location is awesome to experience the northern lights. We are very happy to experience the northern lights at this place. The facilities like snowshoeing, ice skating, and campfire are all very nice. The baby reindeer are also a charm to visit. The restaurant is very beautiful though we did not eat here.

We were here for 2 nights in different units. Was disappointed with the request not being fulfilled for a unit with the best location and privacy on account of our anniversary though we requested more than a month in advance; On the contrary, it was a unit with the least privacy and location preference. Also, the toilet was not functioning well and was choked. Am not sure how often the water in the hot water pool is replaced; it was salty.

Everything was spectacular. They had a fireplace available 24*7 for people's use for barbecue etc. The unit itself was super nice. We were unlucky that we didn't see aurora during our 2 nights stay 11th-13th Dec. But that's a natural phenomenon. There was a tiny cozy TV room next to the bedroom which is good to relax. Staff also gave us microwave which came in very handy. Breakfast was included, staff was kind enough to make warm fried eggs for us. 3-4 super cute baby reindeers that you could feed free of cost. They would come near the breakfast place that was super nice.

We (hubby and me in 1 room, my brother and future sis in law in another room) were very blessed to get upgraded to the deluxe cabins. The cabins were very spacious, cosy and comfortable, on top of being very Instagram pretty. We were very much looking forward to lying in our bed to watch the northern lights, unfortunately for us it was a cloudy night. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and was surprisingly very pleasant to enjoy on a cold winter night. The staff were very friendly and accommodated our requests (Brother proposed there and they both had dietary restrictions). We had dinner on site and the food was very delicious. We also loved that they had baby reindeer in the paddock next to the dining hall. Up until then, we haven't had much luck seeing any. But we got to feed and pet baby Ollie who was very friendly and hungry for food. It was definitely a very memorable stay for us.

Not much other than the icy pathways from the cabins to the dining hall, but it's winter and it's to be expected! Though I wish they had gritted the pathways nonetheless. I ought to mention that I dressed up for dinner and had on high heeled boots, choosing Vanity over practicality or sensibility. I also wish we stayed a second night, but I do not own a money tree.

Amazing well-designed property! It was so magical staying in these cabins. We got so lucky and were able to see the auroras from our room (even though there are lights around the property, you can still see the auroras). There's also a snowshoe trail that you can walk on to get away from the property lights which made the auroras even more magical.

We were there a little early in the season so we weren't able to enjoy some of the free activities like the tobangan run or snowshoe trail. Wish there was a way to turn off the lights around the cabins. It's a little pricey but still feel like it was worth it since it was such a unique experience.

A really beautiful place out in the countryside, Accommodation is really well designed. They have Reindeer on site and the food is of excellent standard an quality. Outdoor Jacuzzi was amazing.

There is no Sauna in the unit, the only sauna they do have they want to charge you a 175 Euros to use as a minimum charge or 250 Euros for a family of 4. Considering the huge cost of staying here i think this is obscene that you have to pay to use the sauna., they also say they have a toboggan track but there is only one very small mound.

We liked EVERYTHING! I cried when I left because it was such a special place to stay❤️ The owners did not miss a beat. The cabin was spacious with every amenity possible. Super easy access to Levi and other short day trips. The state of the art gym is one of the best I have seen in hotel-type accommodations. The chapel and reindeer were a nice added feature for those that enjoy feeding and petting and if you want to get married. The food was excellent and as a breakfast person, the breakfast buffet was top notch!👏🏼
