Beatifull Location, EXCELLENT food! VERY expensive though.

Staf at reception was not very friendly. I got a sens that the activities were all outsourced to individual guides.... the guid for the ice fishing was extremely rude and we didnt get value for the amount that we had to pay! Searching for Santa and the Husky Rides were EXCEPTIONAL!!

Lovely situated magical place. Great additional activities with really great staff. Nice and warm house.

Reception is very crowded. Takes a lot of time to check in or check out. We found a dead mouse in our room Breakfasts were a bit boring.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent with a good selection of both local cusine and international dishes to accomodate even very fussy tastes. Taking a deal to do half or full board dining is well worth it. The cabins were very comfortable with heat pumps and under-floor heating within the shower area. The excursions may appear expensive but when you calculate the base costs of the equipement, staff and insurance they're not really.

Only two issues really. We were initally given an incorrect keycard for our cabin but that was easily corrected. And the large glass windows mean that you can see your neighbours and they can see you. So mutual discretion and decorum is expected and required.

Our stay at Northern Lights Village in Levi was absolutely magical. The room was fantastic—romantic, warm, and beautifully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable experience. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to everything we needed, while still feeling immersed in nature. The service was top-notch, with everything conveniently managed through the app. From activity bookings to dining, everything was seamless and well-organized. One of the best features was the Northern Lights alarm, which worked perfectly and ensured we didn’t miss a single moment of the breathtaking aurora. If you’re looking for a unique and romantic getaway in Lapland, Northern Lights Village is an absolute must. We would return in a heartbeat!

The pricing. The food was good but I expected a more diverse selection of food

The hotel is in an amazing location, the rooms are well equipped, comfortable, clean, warm and cozy. The staff was very welcoming and helped us a lot. The attractions that can be booked through the hotel are wonderful. Highly recommend, a truly wonderful experience!

The only downside is that once there is light in the room people can see everything from outside (but unfortunately this is the case in all cabins of this type). Also the double bed is actually two beds pushed together. Other than that everything was really perfect

The friendly staff, the atmosphere, the view from te cottages. We were lucky to see the northern lights and some fresh snow. Breakfast is also great!

For the people that bring a dog: dogs are not welcome in the main building, so they must stay in the cabin during meals. Our dog is well behaved and calm, but gets so so stressed when left alone. This caused a lot of stress for all of us. We picked this location for being dog friendly, so we were a bit dissapointed in that. Staff did absolutely their best to help so far they could though

They provided winter gear for us to use in any activity we wanted. They had a little hill for sledging down. The food was great and our stay allowed us to have breakfast and dinner. The glass cabins were nice and comfortable.

There was a furry blanket in our bed that was full of dust. We took 2 days with allergy.and super runny noses to realize it and put it away.

The location and the igloos are really beautiful, inside you have the basic amenities that would make your stay just fine.

We arrived at 5 and our room was not ready until an hour later. The staff offered us a complimentary glass of wine but I would expect that for a high price there is a more precision about the check in. Too much chaos at the restaurant, that was too busy all the time. The sauna costs 100 euros per hour and in Finland I would not expect those extra expenses.

Amazing place, one of the best hotels I’ve ever been in. Absolutely loved sleeping under the glass roof and was lucky enough to catch the Northern Lights. The restaurant is really cozy and the food was amazing. Would go back in a heartbeat.

I just wish there were a bit less lights outside or that the sensors wouldn’t be as sensitive as it kept turning the outside lights on every 2 minutes and diminishing a bit the view of the Northern Lights, but asides from that it was perfect.

We loved the glass cabins, they were clean and so comfortable. The warm was truely appreciated when coming inside from the cold.The fireplace gave the cabin such a beautiful feeling and warm glow. The dinner and breakfast gave ample choices and was much enjoyed. The absolute best was laying in bed and watching the northern lights, just magical. Shuttle transport to and from Levi was easy to use.

Nothing for us, we enjoyed our stay immensely.
