We really enjoyed our stay! The highlight was definitely the bed under the windows, allowing us to fall asleep while watching the Northern Lights and stars—an unforgettable experience. The whirlpool was another highlight, perfect for relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We also loved the adorable reindeer, which we even got to feed. We had a cozy campfire for making s’mores, and there was even an ice field available. Everything was just perfect!

However, for the price, we would have expected a more varied dinner menu. While the food was excellent, it could get repetitive if staying for multiple nights. Complimentary water in the rooms would also be a nice touch, considering the nearest supermarket (South Point) is a 10-minute drive away. Of course the tap water was very good though :-). Additionally, the motion sensor lights in the front rows (1-5) were a bit disruptive when inside the room, as they reflected and made it harder to fully enjoy the view of the lights (we stayed in hut 6 & 7).

WOW! This place is amazing. You are in the middle of nature and forrest, and feeling at home from the moment you enter the place. It feels like family, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers excellent food, mostly local dishes which mean that if you want a normal steak you'll have to go in town or ask them in advance and I am sure they will get it for you. The igloos are great, good viewing and facilities with a private jacuzzi/spa for every unit. Reindeers on the premises and huskies 10 minutes walk. The auroras are perfectly visible from the premises as the lighting is good. Coffees (cappuccinos as well) are free in the main house for the guests, Wifi is not always strong but there is Wifi in the units. Compared to other similar places this is on the top of our list. Now staying at Arctic Skylight Lodge and such a deception after having stayed at Reindeer Manor... missing you all already

Higner bathroom door for a tall guy like me ;-) Lights in front of the units are too sensitive when watching the auroras from outside, but when you find the right place and don't move ;-) it's perfectly fine.

Staying at the Reindeer manor was one of the most beautiful and unforgettable experiences of our lives. Everything was perfect, with the best staff in the world! They made us feel less like guests but more like friends. Every single person we interacted with was so knowledgeable and kind. They helped us book husky safari (which is right next to the manor and an absolute must do activity) and told us all about their reindeer. We fed cute reindeer every morning and evening, which evoked a child in our souls. Every inch of the property is impeccably taken care of- the huts are newly built, extremely clean and cozy. Hot tub is also a nice touch and much appreciated. Another highlight was the food which contained locally sourced ingredients. We had to keep sending compliments to the chef who is a master of some of the most amazing meals we’ve ever had. All in all- if you have any doubts about this place- don’t- it is perfect!

We weren’t luckily enough to see aurora in the nights we stayed. However, we loved the property so much that we hope to come back again one day and hopefully experience the dance of the northern lights from our hut.

Much more beautiful than seen on pictures. Great location to see Northern Lights, Yes we were Lucky to see the Sky Festival. Also The huts are Big,warm and comfortable. The room May not be stylish but when u lie on bed u feel yourself in a spaceship, no need for luxury furniture. Bigger than u think, (the other igloos in Levi are like small tents we saw) safe and really well /solid made. They set up,clean the huts everyday we stayed 2 nights. I still Wonder how they carry everything for cleaning every day on that snow:) The only thing is that they might serve a little better breakfast. One more type of cheese for example . anyway , also they are nice people, Coffee is good. The area is a piece of happiness.

Beautiful family farm. The old part is kept which makes it even more amazing. The huts are not less than perfect! Comfortable and clean and have everything needed and more. Very easy to operate and warm. Breakfast is cute and enough. Very dark at night and enabled us to see the northern lights which were not too strong. The sky was clear and we saw an endless amount of stars from our bed looking up. Very close to Levi center even closer to the southern point of the ski slopes. It is well felt that the family are investing their hearts, souls and very hard work to keep the place amazing at it is. Thank you family.

Just the guest who thought it was ok to drive in and out the huts road to take pictures and make all the outside lights turn on automatically when people are trying to enjoy and watch the lights from their rooms. People: This road is only to upload and unpack the car when arriving or checking out and even that should be done as quickly as possible. One more thing: A real double bed will be great instead of two beds put together. But it's just a small thing to make it even more perfect as it already is.

Staff were amazing, they went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and excellent quality. The huts were clean and cosy.

The price was high for what you got, there was a hot tub outside each hut that was an additional 150 euro per day, for the price per night it should really be included. The heater clicked on and off and was noisy throughout the night. Te bathroom light comes on with a fan automatically when you open the door so was also a bit annoying throughout the night.

Sleeping in one of the huts with glass ceiling is a magical experience! Staff is really friendly and helpful. They really put an effort to make your stay enjoyable.

The bathroom light is movement control, so you don't have the option to not turn it on. This wouldn't be a big problem if turning it on wouldn't make so much noise, indicating to everyone in the hut that you are awake and using the bathroom. During the whole night something kept turning on and off and that made noise also. It's not loud enough to make the stay unpleasant, but something that could be improved.

Beautiful location and beautiful hut. Warm and comfortable. The views were outstanding. It was a lovely stay in a magical place. It was a once in a lifetime trip.

The staff seemed genuinely very grumpy, the check in staff were helpful. There was no food available in the evening so make sure you take snacks. It was advertised that there was a cafe/restaurant on site but you had to go off in a taxi if you required an evening meal. The breakfast was very limited. You only have a check in time of 1500-1600 which we were not aware of so if your arriving late make sure you inform them. We were there at 1500 so it wasn’t an issue for us.

We enjoyed our stay at the lovely cozy hut. We did not see the aurora due to cloudy day, but the view is still stunning. The staff are nice and helpful. The restaurant was closed but the hotel offered free transport for us to have dinner in downtown. We were also offered discount on the reindeer tour held by the farm operated by the hotel. Sauna is nice.

The location is far from the city center which is understandable because you need a quiet and dark place for the aurora. But it takes around 45-50euro to take a taxi for a single trip from the hotel to the city center/airport . It would be great if the hotel could provide some help on the transportation.

Good contact from the hosts when I had questions. The hut was lovely and comfortable and was so peaceful. I asked about transport to town for evening meal as the restaurant is actually closed and it was free of charge and organised for us which was great. We also had to check out earlier than the advertised breakfast so we could catch our flight and we were invited in for an early breakfast when they were setting up for service which was lovely. Thank you for a lovely stay - I wish it could have been for longer x

I was a little surprised to find a shower and hair dryer that you had to keep pressing the buttons on to get them to work. It reminded me of the facilities at a public swimming pool but I guess it's more environmentally friendly and stops idiots leaving them on. Some small pots of long life milk in the drink making facilities are needed. Luckily we read the reviews so bought our own. A lot of the reviews seemed negative but I think this is because the website perhaps needs updating a little. The hosts were actually very accommodating when asked but perhaps for the price it would be better if things like the taxi were clearly mentioned x
