Adorable location, nice breakfast and wide parking spot. Best value for money in the area. Remember that you have to climb 766 steps in case you would like to go to the Levi village by foot😊 (otherwise take taxi)

The location of the hotel is very good and the view is very beautiful. I don't understand why it's so cheap :)

Ski-in ski-out, great ski equipment storage, breakfast included in room rate. Our room was a superior one and it was very big, with a great view and balcony. They gave me a beautiful card and some treats for my birthday :-) It was amazing to sit in the sauna and look up at the ski field!

The breakfast buffet was plentiful in terms of quantity, but of mediocre quality. Would have preferred less choice, but better quality food. We had 2 nights booked directly through the hotel's website and 4 nights through Booking.com. The hotel is up the mountain and you need to take the gondola to get there. They said the gondola was free for the days we booked directly through them, but you had to pay for it for the days booked through Booking.com. You can't adjust the temperature in your own room and had to call reception to tell them it was too cold. They gave us an extra heater.

° Sky Suite has immaculate views. Lucky to see the Northern Lights from bed! ° Clean hotel. ° Drying cabinet in suites came in handy for ski gear. ° Complimentary self serve laundry on level three. ° Buffet breakfast had a large variety. ° Dinner at the à la carte restaurant was delicious. ° Fantastic dry martini in the sky bar!

° Great customer service in person, however not replying to emails before arrival seems common practice. ° Sauna is only open in the evening. ° Gondola costs €9 per day for guests that booked on Bookings.com, yet is complimentary for other guests. ° Gondola doesn't run if the weather is too extreme, which is understandable to prioritize safety, however taxi fares are €20+ each way to get to the village in these instances. ° Due to the location, if you want to spend a lot of time in the village, other Levi properties would be better suited. ° Porsche advertisement and marketing for promotional trips comes across as overly abundant and tacky.

There were lot of option on breakfast for you to select. Rooms are very space and bathrooms are very space and clean. You will have Free laundry room where you can use. Location is great because it's half way of mountant. We saw aurora while just walking outside of the hotel

Since we had many options for the breakfast i would say it's good but i cannot say perfect. It's having many options but i have some concern on tastes.To go nearest city you will always has to use Gondola which cost you around 20 Euros. I would say it should be complimentary for hotel guests and it work until 11PM. Also hotel restaurant close after 10PM (Not sure exact time) So you need to plan about your dinner and you will not able do spend some nightlife in city and come back to hotel.

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Leve Panorama, made even more memorable by the humorous receptionist. When explaining how to use the clock system to charge my car, she amusingly suggested setting the time ‘somewhere in the future.’ It was a quirky system where you turn the clock to match the current time and it would charge for a two-hour window. Her broken English and charming demeanor added a unique touch to the experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had stunning views. Highly recommend for its charm and character!

The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had the drying rack in our room and we used it to dry wet clothes. The location was great for ski in and out but you had to take the gondola to get to town (or drive around which was about 8 min). If you didn't have a ski pass, you had to buy a pass daily to use the gondola down. I was the only non-skier of the group so I had to buy a pass each day to go to dinner.

We ate at the restaurant one night and the service was very slow. We went down to gondola the rest of the nights instead. The sauna has limited hours (6-10PM). I would loved to have had access earlier in the afternoon.

We asked for the windows to be cleared off the frozen ice but never managed to come and do so despite promising that the maintenance staff would come.

Comfortable room and beds- lots of space. Bathroom had lots of space and hairdryer is nice and powerful. Breakfast was plentiful and had lots of gluten free/dietary options. Sauna was clean and had great views of the slopes. Parking was plentiful and easy. Gondola up and down to town was free in the evening- we had ski passes so were not bothered by the fact you would have to buy during the day if you book via booking.com. Ski storage was great and we had direct access to the slopes!

When using shower water does leak under the shower screen unless you put yourself right in the corner- slight desigm flaw with the screens. It does feel wrong that booking.com guests are treated second rate when it comes to amenities etc- if you want to encourage people to book direct then simply remove the option of booking.com. We had paid more for a superior room- this means you get downgraded on the view. If you want views of the slopes dont book the superior just standard rooms only. Superior gets you views of the parking which is very disappointing.
