Fairytale surroundings, a lot of snow, a very pretty village, relaxed people, polite and helpful.The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the village ,close to the slopes, plenty of restaurants around. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.The staff is very nice and helpful. A big hug for Hanna from the reception who bailed us out in the morning when our flight was postponed and we had to come back to the hotel. She helped us ,canceling our checkout and let us go back to our room . Who would do that? Remarkable!Thank you Hanna, we'll never forget you!

The room was a bit small for a family of 4

It is very good hotel. My room was very nice. I was very surprised when I saw the sauna in the bathroom and I used it immediately. It was very clean. I would like to thank the hotel staff for the welcome treats placed in my room. The location is within walking distance to everywhere and the furnishings selected in the rooms are of very high quality. The variety of coffees, hot chocolates and minibars was very good. The bed in particular was very comfortable and I fell asleep instantly. The view from the room given to me was great and I saw Aurora in the evening. Thanks for everything.

Parking fee may be half price for those staying at the hotel.

Like the spacious room. Location was superb. Everything is just a few minutes of walk when you go out thru the door! No bell boy to help with luggage when i arrive. Room temperature was just nice during winter. No issue with getting cold in the room.

Breakfast menu could have change a little bit different everyday. Stays there for 3 consecutive days of breakfast, but everyday is the same. Also the seating is first come first serve.

Great location, very comfortable that the parking was in the same building. Breakfast is nice. Staff were very nice.

The only minor thing I did not like was that the bathroom trash bin was not changed from previous guests. Even though inside the bin was just a small piece of paper or package or something like that, but it was not nice. We did not complain to the hotel staff because it was really a small issue, but still for that room-price you have certain expectations and want your stay to be perfect. Otherwise, everything else was very good!

1. My room was not in a main building. It’s not a problem, but you don’t feel yourself as a part of 4-stars hotel, but like renting some apartment in no-name building. Cafe and restaurant are in main building too. 2. No salmon on breakfast

The staff was absolutely fantastic and the facility was first class all around. The staff was extremely happy in answering questions about the area, recommendations for activities, food and directions. They all treated me like a trusted family member.

Well, I would always like to pay less, but this was really good value for money. The staff made this an absolutely wonderful stay.

We were in a suite. This was perfect if you had ski equipment. Plenty of room which included a separate lounge room to bedroom. Also the bathroom had plenty of area to dry your clothes. Private Sauna was also great.

The buffet breakfast was exactly the same each day. After a few mornings this got a bit much. Coffee was instant & not good at all

I can't rate this hotel highly enough! The location is cental, but lovely and quiet, the rooms are spacious and absolutely spotless, the facilities are wonderful, and breakfast is a buffet-style with an incredible choice of different foods to suit everyone, and all of it fresh and delicious. The staff were the most friendly and helpful I have every known. Very professional, but really caring. I had had a very bad experience at my previous accommodation (nothing to do with this hotel), and the staff here went out of their way to make me welcome. We decided to have a late Christmas celebration together (as we live in different continents) and my friends asked the staff if they could put a little festive decoration in the room. We came in to a Finnish Christmas wonderland - they'd even wrapped up little presents from us. Absolutely wonderful. They really made our holiday one we'll never forget, and made us fall in love with Finland!

We’ll located right in the heart of Levi. Walkable to ski lifts and cross country trails. The staff was running late checking us in and we’re very forgiving about it offering us free parking as consolation without us even asking. Breakfast in the morning was very good.

The room itself felt very sterile/corporate - for being so in a ski town we hoped for something cozier with a little more charm. The refrigerator also was not working.

Our stay exceeded all expectations. The staff, every single one of them, were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Our room with a private sauna was so nice after a full day in the slopes. The location was unbelievable, pretty much ski in and out, with a 200 metres walk to the closest lift. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was wonderful.

We loved everything.
