Room was very well appointed but the lighting in the sitting area was poor Would have expected the Spa to be included (it is if you book a package to the hotel with other travel companies) Room linen was changed half way through the week.

Like many of the hotels in Finland the breakfast was self serve - it was always very busy as the hotel is now so large. Have stayed in the K5 in Levi and as a smaller hotel it has a better feel. An item of housekeeping was left untouched in the landing area for the whole of our stay.

The hotel is very clean and very central. It has a lovely buffet breakfast and comfortable rooms. Nice to have access to Water World also. The only downside is the other noisy people staying at the hotel and coming back late in the night. They can be quite loud - not really the hotels fault though. Hotel is very central to the town of Levi and main slopes are a short 5 min walk. Beginner slopes are a bus ride away. Restaurants on site are good - especially the pizza one.

The breakfast was good — everything was fresh and there was plenty of food. Only on the last day of our stay, the croissants were not fresh (they were probably from the previous day) Really good spa center: you can go with discount there in case it's not included into the price.

It would be nice to have a broom and dustpan in the room to sweep up small stones and not to ask for cleaning

Very simple room in a stunning location. As for us we just needed to stay one night it was absolutely okey and sufficient.

Well you need to go everywhere through outside - to SPA, to breakfast, to registration desk. Not necessarily bad but a surprise. We also went to the SPA- maybe a bit weird comment but for us the water felt cold. We didn’t stay for even 30min because we were afraid we will get ill. Breakfast was ok, but for sure not premium as nothing is cooked per your order and omelette was made from powder

Everything was really good! We bought our room with Spa access and it was amazing. Spa facilities were really good, restaurants were nice (the hotel has 3 restaurants and 1 burger king within the area). If you are staying, eating at Kekäle is highly recommended. The location was amazing, close proximity to centre and ski slopes. The cleanliness of the room could be improved.

Perfect location in the town. Really helpful staff. Rooms in the cabins are spacious and the balconies are a lovely bonus (see photo). Excellent breakfast buffet. Clean and warm. Huge dryers in the bathrooms for wet clothes!

Very minor but if you’re in one of the lodges at the far end it can be a cold trek across the car park to breakfast/reception.

Comfortable room. Convenient location to slopes. Superb breakfast options. Discounted entry to spa facilities. Staff were super helpful during our check in, reached out to me via telephone to confirm arrival times etc

Signs of age and wear in the bathroom. Water from kitchen sink was often cloudy.

Breakfast was excellent. Central. Helpful, friendly staff.

When I arrived I was told about a €15 per night parking charge that was not advertised. They told me all guests had to pay it. Fortunately a few minutes later after grumbling, they waived the fee as it was put into place after I had booked the room.

The buffet breakfast was very good each morning. The pool and spa were amazing. Reception staff were brilliant in helping me locate luggage that didn't arrive at Kittila airport. It had gone to the hotel we stayed at the previous night.

The room in which we stayed in, block with numbers beginning with 9, needed a refresh as the decor looked a bit dated.

Great hotel in the center of Levi. We got room upgrade for free. Room was new, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly personnel. Spa was not included in room rate but the hotel offer very good price if you are leaving here. Spa also was very good. Would stay in this hotel again.
