Quiet, warm, comfortable apartment perfectly equipped including private sauna. Located 10 minutes walking to ski lifts (Zero Point). Good breakfast

There were difficulties to find an apartment and get a key. Not very good communication with hosts.

the sauna was really nice after skiing. short walk to the ski lift. grocery store right across the street was very convenient. very comfortable stay.

had to bring own linens and towel but considering the price, this was worth it.

Facilities were good. Sauna and drier especially

Good food but no vegan options. Atleast add oatdrink to the selection. No bedsheets

I was a little old and the room had some details

cheapest in the area. everything seems like in the pictures

service need a lot of improvement. or may be they should hire more staff. I can undertsnad if they don't reply message straight away if they have a receptionist in the lobby. but they don't have. i was asking about lugage storage (which is a common thing in accomodation) in the morning before check out, but no response at all. seems my message end up on deft ear

basic no nonsense extra space . studio room . liked the sauna in studio

I was asked to let maintainable in which was asked for a time to let them in and they never showed up. then the day prior to me leaving I was in bed and cleaners came in. I had 5 days earlier added an extra night but regardless, they still came at 8.40am . checkout on any day is midday

Location is very good, near to the center. I appreciate the proximity to the shop and bus stop. Breakfast was quite good, but every day was the same.

The room furnishings were very worn. There was light from the parking lot in the room at night and the curtains on the window were not blackout enough. It was not easy to figure out how to connect to the wifi and it was not possible to adjust the heating temperature. I would have appreciated some instructions on how to connect to the internet, turn on the sauna and set the heating, but such instructions were missing. Noises from other rooms could be heard in the room. Several lights were not working.

Room size is ok for single stay

No internet, or not provide clearly instruction Staff is not help much No heater need to open the bathroom to get heat from sauna to warm the room, not worth the price , far from the ski resort
