Arrived with no expectations, was gonna stay for one night and continue my way. It was great that there was no checking in time per se - the keys were already on the door marked with a cute post it note with your name on it. It seemed like I was the only one keen on even locking the door - I loved how trusting everyone were leaving their keys on their doors. Timo was absolutely love host! Left the sauna on for me too (also the sauna was clean, modern and cozy!) and got some accommodation tips for next winter as I´ll be back for my wedding and needed to sort out accommodation for 60 ppl. Fridge in your room was a massive plus! Didn´t have to cram my groceries into the communal fridge. There is a chance that this exists and that I missed it cuz I literally stayed in for 12hrs and left but would be amazing if there was a small kiosk in the guesthouse to buy essentials e.g toothpaste. I was with a car but as everything is a bit further out it´s such a faff to go to hunt for toothpaste only. As this is such a communal living situation it was not a big problem for one night you always find someone to borrow from :)

The rooms could have used a bit more hoovering or mopping. It was nothing major, it´s because I keep my own house ridiculously clean and tidy I notice immediately when others aren´t.

Lovely guesthouse surrounded by quiet, beautiful nature. The cross-country ski tracks start literally in front of the house - you just need to cross the road. There is much common space with a beautiful living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a sauna. You can choose from multiple bathrooms and even do your laundry if needed. The hosts, Paula and Timo, are very kind, and Paula's husband even gave me a ride to the airport on the day of my departure. Thank you again!

Some guests don't respect the quiet times mentioned in the house rules. So, using ear plugs or having a very deep sleep might be useful.

The host is by far the best encounter with a Finnish person ever. He was so welcoming and made us a beautiful fire we talked for hours about history and what not. You'll not have any regrets coming here. I cannot recommend this place enough the sauna was free and very nice

Very affordable place to stay nearish Levi. The place had a big shared kitchen, which was very well equipped, a nice large electric sauna, and enough bathrooms. The distance from our room to the nearest bathroom/shower was very close so that was very much alright. The room had a refrigerator which was also very useful. Check-in and check-out were easy.

I wish there was an option for a double bed instead of only single beds. Also, considering that probably in winter a lot of people come there to do winter sports (considering the number of ski boots I saw), I wish there was a bigger radiator or maybe some common dryer space or other ways to dry your equipment after being back.

Location was just perfect for northern lights watching and it’s just a driving distance to Levi town. Fully equipped kitchen and great friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and toilets were always clean. Value for money as well.

The stay is at an amazing location where you can watch Northern lights. Better value for money when compared to the stays in Levi centre. And the host Timo was an amazing human being. He's so nice. Definitely come back again.

Electric sockets for the car heater, free sauna, nice personnel. it's not busy with people and shared kitchen is usually free

Walls are thin so be quiet but kinda expected for the price so not a big deal

I've nothing to complain about. Everything was just perfect. Timo is a very nice host and welcomed us well. He had also a lot information for to visit in finland and to see the northern light.

Great value for money! Easy check-in, nice location, beautiful repurposed school house. Playing darts outside was quite fun :) Sauna was ok and superb value for money (it was free bonus).

Owner is perfect! Suggest best moto roads in Lapland and Norway, take care for our wet motorcycle equipment!
