The young man at reception, Hamed, was very kind and accommodating. He was having a very busy evening, but he managed to change my room when I realized that I wasn't going to be on the ground floor; due to a bad hip I'm unable to do stairs. He even offered to carry my luggage. He was very nice. I found out later he is new, but he stayed calm and took care of everyone. Good employee. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Very nice after a drive of over 8 hours. There was plenty of parking available. A limited breakfast was available the next morning. The young woman at the desk was very cheerful and friendly, nice to see first thing in the morning.

It's an old motel/hotel so some of the bathroom fixtures were a little worn - the taps on the sink leaked a little when turned on, the tub slowly leaked out and the handle on the toilet stuck - all minor things. I went for breakfast about 6:30 and it wasn't as generous as other super 8s I've stayed at. There were muffins, bagels and bread, one cereal offering and yoghurt. There was a gap where I thought maybe a pancake maker once stood and syrup. No sausages or any real protein available. So, I can't rate the breakfast very highly. Not as many amenities for the bath as I've seen in other Super 8s - just one shampoo and soap.

When you take value and convenience and add an excellent and friendly staff, combine that with clean facilities and a comfortable stay, this is what you get. What this hotel lacks in fanciness it more than makes up for in all the little things that really matter. Yes, the building is older, and it's not perfect. But the room was updated, clean, and more than served its purpose for our stay in Lethbridge. This was a great experience, and I will definitely stay here again.

The only complaint, if I had one was that the stairwells were very steep and my elderly mother, whom I was visiting, was not able to come up to the room with me as we were on the second floor. This is not something that is likely to be changed as it is an architectural feature of the building. Nor would I expect them to. The thing that I would do differently is next time I would get a ground floor suite so that my mother can come in and visit us there as well. I have no real complaints about my stay there.

The breakfast was good , we left our room at 05;00 AM expecting to grab something at Tim Hortons but the staff had the breakfast already laid out so that was a bonus. Ten Ten pub is located very close for a bite to eat in the evening.

We were put in a smoking room. Apparently I made a mistake when I filled out the form on Booking.com. There were no other rooms available. That was my mistake. It’s not pleasant for a lifelong non smoker to stay in a smoking room but as I said it was my mistake.

The nicest staff I’ve ever met. They even offered to help bring our suitcases up the stairs when we checked in. The breakfast was a nice variety and once we got the air conditioner running the room was very comfortable.

The property is a little outdated. Only stairs that are steep and the bathroom was a TIGHT fit. Understandably, the air conditioner was off when we got there so we were a little nervous at first of how hot it might be, but once it was running the room cooled down quickly.

Elizabeth on the front desk is exceptionally pleasant. I needed my key replaced and she was dealing with a very rude man at 9pm. As if he owned the motel!! Her patience with him was excellent. He eventually stopped. Lobby and breakfast room are kept tidy and inviting. Tap in my bathroom needed fixing. I've stayed here many times now. Stairs to the second floor are quite dangerous for older people especially when carrying luggage.

The staff were extra friendly. The breakfast, although simple, was more than adequate. There is a nice park nearby and the hotel has generous coupons to the Japanese gardens at the desk. It was the nicest Super 8 we've started at.

The stairs to the second floor are very steep and narrow. Be very careful going up and down. There is no elevator so watch your step.

we’ve got an upgrade to another hotel next to it. big room, parking and comfortable. amazing breakfast with a waffle machine, toast, bagels, cereals, fruit, several options of spreads (butter, cream cheese, honey, peanut butter, jam, maple syrup), juices, yogurt!

since someone else was parked in front of our room, when they turned the light on, it cleared the room and woke me up. even with the black outs.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and informative. Clean bedding & towels, comfortable bed. The breakfast provided a great srkection of food and beverages. Great quality coffee. In addition, i received a 50% sale price for entering the Japanese Garden, my final destination.

For an older hotel the front lobby and breakfast areas had been updated. The breakfast was good with a good selection of food. The room was quiet and we were able to park our car right outside our room. Another nice feature was that this room had two doors, one to the hallway and the other out to the parking area.

The room does need updating.

Front desk staff were very friendly, organised and helpful. Breakfast options where a bit better than some motels (better bagels, apples). We asked to be moved from our first room as the A/C unit was old and very noisy. Neddy made this happen brilliantly. Lovely park is just a walk away. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.
