Was great to have the full hot breakfast unfortunately the lovely gal was too busy covering front desk and the kitchen to have time to replenish food and cutlery as needed. For over an hour before end of breakfast most things were empty. Not her fault as kitchen staff should be seperate from front desk staff. She was extremely apologetic!

The room was spacious and not a bad view. The breakfast was fantastic! A lot to choose from and everything was hot. Great feast to start the day! The pool and hot tub was a great way to end the day. :)

Our stay was just as the weather was getting cooler, but the heater in the room gave off an odor, probably from not being used for months so we just turned it off.

Family wedding so this location was ideal. Checking with multiple rooms and requests was handled professionally and non hassle with Carrie! She was a gem even brought more fresh towels to us before ending her shift! Breakfast had so many selections!

Housekeeping should have replaced towels, toiletries daily on more than one night stays.

It was clean and comfortable.

The front desk was often empty. When we checked in after a wedding we had to wait a while before seeing anyone and the same thing when we checked out.

The staff is exceptional Carrie who works the front desk remembered myself and my husband and even why we come and stay there three times a year!!!! She is a definite asset to the place!

There wasn’t anything wrong we enjoyed our stay

The breakfast was well above our expectations. I noticed how clean the staff kept the food containers and areas around the food, the food was excellent and a wide variety.

No comment as there was nothing we did not like.

The staff. Carrie is the reason we continue to stay there.

The handicap room needs a walk in shower but no other issues.

I don't think the high prices are warranted in a small Alberta town. I understand they are set for the crews. However, in Fort Saskatchewan, we work with the hotel and they provide us discounted rooms at $89+TX per night.

Breakfast and staff were great! Nice facility!

The pillows were so poofy that my neck hurt when I woke up....offer some variety of poofiness please!

When we walked into the lobby the lady at the front desk remembered us from previous stays her name is Carrie and she is a major asset to that hotel!!!!
