The front desk person - lovely guy...sorted out an issue with the room I was originally given. He was kind, professional and extremely helpful.

I was unaware that this hotel has basement rooms with windows that are level with the sidewalk outside. As a female travelling alone I was not comfortable staying there. (But my room was changed when I spoke with the front desk staff). In future I would request not to be booked into the lower level, but it would have been helpful to be told of this in advance.

Breakfast had decent selection to satisfy a variety of tastes and filing enough to get you going on your day. The pool provided a nice respite after a long day. We picked the location since it was cheaper to stay here and then drive to Drumheller, Dinosaur provincial park and Calgary versus staying near/ at those places over the span of a couple of days.

There was no elevator in the hotel which was an inconvenience. Not sure what the point was to have luggage carts on each of the floors. We were used to lugging luggage around so we were able to get it up and down the stairs relatively quickly. We had requested to be put next to another family. The booking was made months prior. So not sure why that wasn't possible to accomodate.

Location, very spacious room, nice tv, Comfortable queen bed ( there are 2 of those) and quite good ammenities in the ( quite Small) bathroom.

Breakfast. You better skip it because there’s nothing appetizing. Not even warm Milk. or anything attractive, starting with the plates and cups and cutlery which are disposable.

loved the hot tub and dip in pool... pool great temp... hot tub right temp but could have had more 'jet power'... but other than that all great!! thank you

I asked for a room above the ground floor in order to feel more secure but my request was not taken seriously. My room had both a door and a window directly on the parking lot. I think hotels should make every effort to avoid putting solo women on this type of room!

The location is excellent. Very easy to access. The breakfast was great. We had a room which had two queen beds with door separating the sleeping areas and two televisions. Travelling with a friend this is an excellent set-up!

Sometimes a bit noisy in the hallway BUT we were on the main floor, the closest room to front desk, pool area, so that is understandable. VEry quiet through the night.

Very clean property with friendly staff. We enjoyed using to pool and found it to be nice and clean as well. We will definitely stay here again when we are going through.

The breakfast attendant was struggling to keep up with the demand of coffee, juice and pancakes.

Breakfast was wonderful, staff was very accommodating. Our room is large, and very clean.

I didn’t realize they didn’t have an elevator and we had an elderly couple with us but they accommodated us very well, and I’m not fond of outside entrances but that’s not a dealbreaker for me other than that the place was absolutely wonderful.
