Really nice lobby,common areas,high end as would expect from the name Sheraton.The room bed comfortable,plenty of pillows ,AC unit works well.In the bath,hot water,easy to operate control,door opens out,does not interfere with area inside the bathroom.The pool area ,nice warm pool,hot jacuzzi,a sauna a plus.and a full shower in the pool area bath

Alright only one solid complaint,there is a steam room and you have it padlocked and I’m guessing you’re trying to close it permanently.Don’t do it,don’t be doggy.This is a Sheraton brand,not a motel 6.

Coffee and a variety of tea in the main lobby was nice. Everything was decorated nicely. Extra security with key card in the elevator so guests may only go to their own floor.

Tried out the pool - hot tub wasn't quite hot, i would say maybe warm or slightly warmer than a child's bath. Steam room was padlocked closed so no steam room, sauna was okay as long as u could pour water on the elements, it didnt seem to hold the heat for very long tho.

I like the amenities, the pool/gym. Breakfast was really basic in options, but done well and consistent.

I wish that the suite supplies would get scaled up with the number of guests staying in a suite. Coffee for example, would be nice to have enough coffee supplies in the suite to have at least a couple cups each per guest. I guess the quality of the coffee can be improved too, but i understand the need to keep costs down. Rinse repeat for towels, hand towels, face cloths, etc. Not a big deal since the staff were extremely accomodating in immediately providing the extra supplies we asked for.

Everything went very well.

We were very disappointed with our waiter when we went to the restaurant in the building. Waited for kids dessert and finally left without it. When my great granddaughter returned later to get the jacket she had forgotten there, the dessert was given to her. The following day we had our meal at Denny's since it was so close to the hotel.

Room was very good, the Ukrainian bartender was very polite. Supper was good , just a little expensive. We been staying every time we came to Calgary, unfortunately, we don’t always get the room we want.

Movies on demand was 30 .00$ the same move at home on demand is 25.00 and the tv movies was not that great. Honestly I think if you paying for suits yo could at least get a bottle of wine or a free movie or breakfast. No incentive for returning clients.

Secured elevator and facility. Fitness room is open 24/7. Bed was super comfortable, clean room, well lit and a great view of the city. Everyday, the room is kept and nothing went missing. Great location. Will definitely stay again.

We ate in the restaurant the water tasted moldy.I mentioned it to the waitress she came back saying it was the spray nozzle 😔 The food was not good. The air conditioner was extremely noisy room 217 I never mentioned it to the staff because we had come along way and I was exhausted. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

very long wait for the shuttle at the airport. instead of calling the driver after our request for a pickup, staff message him on whats app - which he can’t access when driving. ridiculous way to contact someone who is driving and very inefficient. for heavens sake people, pick up the phone and call him. hotel is in in industrial area and seemed a bit dodgy. fair walk to the shops and train to the city

Incredibly comfortable bed and wonderful linen. Service in the bar was friendly and professional.

Check-in was a little ‘off-hand’; not quite rude, but not quite warm and welcoming either. As a corporate / airport hotel this is disappointing: corporate guests expect a friendly face as standard and weary travellers very much appreciate it - especially if they have liaised in advance with special requests (which, incidentally were not mentioned at all)

Friendly staff, shuttle service was fantastic, hot tub and pool were closed for maintenance while we were there but they'd arranged for us to have access at a hotel next door and it was great they'd thought to arrange that rather than us miss out. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Good location with cheap and more expensive dining options within walking distance (McDonalds, Tim Hortons and then also some restaurants). Price seemed very good for the quality of hotel. Free tea and coffee in the lobby.
