Location is near family we visit, the hotel is very clean and everyone working there is nice, friendly and helpful. The staff gave us free breakfast vouchers because the room we wanted was not available and helped me order in a pizza one night for my granddaughter when I had to leave for a concert. Housekeeping staff was very kind.

Only one operating elevator. The soda vending machine sounded like it was working and dropping the can of soda, but non came out. The room with the two Queen bed’s we reserved was having a problem, but they gave us a room with one king bed. Not great when I had to share this with my teen granddaughter. Unfortunately the swimming pool was not ready for use. Like the second elevator, still undergoing upgrades.

Great day, friendly faces, courtesy, polite, comfy beds, quiet hotel cleanliness was good. The only downside was the pool and the gym area were under construction, but that was my fault due to not reading my email so it kind of broke my heart when I got there and they were closed cause I was really looking forward to the hot tub. But next time I stay, they will be up and running, so I will be looking forward to it.

The only downside of staying there was that the gym was unusable, and the swimming pool and hot tub were unusable, but you guys were in the midst of construction, so I understand.

Your front desk staff was absolutely amazing. I commented on your hotels very festive decorations (which I absolutely love) and the gentleman at the front counter mentioned that in the Phillipines they start decorating in September. He was very nice and it was honestly the best hotel check in I have ever had. Your staff is very pleasant and you should be very proud of them.

Not the hotwls fault, but some guests 2 doors down were extremely loud until all hours of the morning. Just yelling and having a good time. Great fkr them, but very hard to sleep.

Loved the AC / the bed was great. Loved the shower. I'm not giving a bad review great place I just found the bathroom needed help. Greath night sleep

In the room 323 I think toilet and counter for the sink should be renovated so you face shower when you are sitting on the toilet. Because I find that the way it is your pushed against the counter and rolls of TP. All it would take is cutting the counter to half turn toilet and have the TP roll bar be between the shower and toilet on the wall. Find that would open bath room more

Was no breakfast. Restaurant only had buffet for $21. Wife would have eaten only $5 worth so that was a no brainer. It was clean. The fan on the heater woke me every time it kicked on. Had those new thermostats and had no idea how to operate them so we left them alone. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Not terrible but just uncomfortable bordering on not soft.

This is tedious but the TV had a guide which displayed channel and movie. There was no place to see what the movie was about. Even clicking on the channel didn't help. Movies on demand for $25 The 2 of us could have gone to a theatre for less. That just did not make sense.

I didn’t actually get to stay as my card kept declining. However, the guys at the front desk were fairly patient with us and I really appreciated that they gave us a lift back to the airport when we couldn’t check in.

No idea why my room was cancelled as I did have money in my account but just wouldn’t let me pay. I later paid for stuff at the airport so no idea what was going on as we tried 3 cards. Also the cash point in the hotel wasn’t operating so I couldn’t even get cash out to pay, that was pretty disappointing. I do appreciate the generous staff though.

Comfortable room, very comfortable bed. Very helpful Reception - allowed slightly early check-in - and offered late check-out - also provided good instructions for catching the Bus/Train into Calgary (and change for the Bus fare). Shuttle Bus collection from the Airport worked OK (you have to call for it) - and a taxi was arranged for the return trip. Happy to store luggage on the last day after check-out. Pretty good Breakfast.

It is a long way from the Airport (for an 'Airport Hotel'). Taxi ride was $35.

A good location for us to attend a specific event which was the reason for the trip. The hotel overall was clean with a nice lobby and nice common areas. It was 35 degree Celsius when we arrived and our room air-conditioning did not work. The room was very hot. Repair workers were sent up and tried to fix it...but could not. We were then moved to another room that was very comfortable.

There was no breakfast included but it could be purchased for $10 per person per night. There was no explanation on line what was offered for breakfast so we didn't sign up for it at time of booking. Upon check in....we were asked if we would like breakfast. We asked about it and it sounded good so we agreed, thinking it was $10 each per day. It was more than that.....but before we said "no thanks"......someone said OK......we could have it for $10......so we did have a nice breakfast both mornings. I must add.......when I went to get the new set of keys for our new room. The person helping me was very apologetic about the inconvenience and also cancelled the cost of our breakfasts. We really appreciated that!

Pleasantly surprised by the quality i.e. upgrading of the room. very comfortable, nicely furnished, quiet, staff were very helpful, friendly.

Too few TV channels, i.e, history/discovery channels, sports, free movie channels. Also difficulty in figuring out how to turn on air conditioning after we had turned it off for the night. Had to ask for assistance from maintenance personnel, it was a simple step, but we would never have known what we were doing wrong. Also I had booked the hotel in error, thinking that "Airport" meant near the Calgary airport in the newer hotel district north of the airport. I was somewhat disappointed when I actually checked the address, however it turned out to be fine as we are very familiar with this area of Calgary, we found it easily (no GPS or Google Maps needed) and the amenities of the hotel made up for my error.

We appreciated the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel as well as being close to public transport to the city. Our room was comfortable and well furnished. We enjoyed breakfast each morning as well as the convenience of having dinner at the hotel each evening. It was great having access to the swimming pool seeing the weather was hot! Free parking was great too, once we'd collected our hire car.
