The staff were very kind and friendly. The rooms and hallways were clean and quiet. Two fabulous restaurants in the hotel along with Denny’s Restaurant and a Shell gas station right next door. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again considering every other place around there was double the price.

I was able to rest up at the inn after arriving from the Calgary airport. Once rested, it was possible to navigate the city after taking one of two bus lines to then transfer over to the blue train line. The Inn also had an ice machine and restaurants outside with a selection of basic stores in the surrounding area within a block away, having a lot of the basics needed for the stay.

There was a metal door that was locked but visible in the room that I resided in which seemed to connect to the next room and I heard my neighbor on the other side at least one during my stay. It kind of broke my perspective of the room a bit.

Booked for 4 people, was provided with towels for 2 I advised the front desk of the name of a guest who would arrive at 1 am and they said they would hold a key for him at the front desk, but when my friend arrived they did not recall this and called my room

Easy to find and near main roads for access. Next to award-winning restaurant. An older hotel but was clean and comfortable. Quiet and restful. Walking shower was great as we are older.

Not sure what the check out instructions were as no one was at the front desk when I was leaving, had to leave my room key on the desk. Hope that was okay.

Fast and friendly staff

The room could’ve had paid more detail to the cleanliness of the room. Long hairs on second bed and touches in the bathroom

The room was great price but in Amenities said in room coffee but was none.many sketchy people hanging around out side all hrs of the night!!!!

The front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very quiet. The location was great for easy access to all sections of the city as it was close to the Deerfoot Tr. and the Trans-Canada. Close to other amenities. Good access to good value Restaurants.

One day the maid service was extremely poor. Beds were un- maid, floor was not vacuumed and we ran completely out of toilet paper because no spare roll was left
