The staff here are amazing. I was having problems rearranging flights and also worrying about the situation during the Air Canada strike. The staff, on a moments notice, were able to arrange for me to have free shuttles to and from the airport. I went a number of times to talk with the Air Canada workers at the airport. The staff and the shuttle drivers were amazingly accommodating. This was my major standout feature of this trip, the helpfulness of the staff. Along with that, the room was extremely quiet. I really try to focus on having a quiet hotel room and this one did not disappoint at all. I slept extremely well. In fact one of the reasons I chose this hotel is because I saw that customers staying in hotels in the city complained about noise issues so I decided to stay slightly outside the city. Having said that, it was quite cheap and quick to get Uber rides into the city centre in order to go on a Banff Park tour and on a walking tour. The food in the lounge and in the restaurant at breakfast are also quite good, with some nice options. The staff there are friendly and lovely.

When originally at the airport waiting for my first shuttle pick up, I realised you have to be careful that a driver from another Holiday Inn does not come and pick you up. There are about 4 Holiday Inns around the area. A driver from another Holiday Inn originally picked me up and didn't alert me to this fact. Fortunately I got back in time to the airport to get the right shuttle. That other driver was happy to bring me back to the airport in fairness to him, and the airport was close. Be careful of this and know your exact address.

Location is near family we visit, the hotel is very clean and everyone working there is nice, friendly and helpful. The staff gave us free breakfast vouchers because the room we wanted was not available and helped me order in a pizza one night for my granddaughter when I had to leave for a concert. Housekeeping staff was very kind.

Only one operating elevator. The soda vending machine sounded like it was working and dropping the can of soda, but non came out. The room with the two Queen bed’s we reserved was having a problem, but they gave us a room with one king bed. Not great when I had to share this with my teen granddaughter. Unfortunately the swimming pool was not ready for use. Like the second elevator, still undergoing upgrades.

Great day, friendly faces, courtesy, polite, comfy beds, quiet hotel cleanliness was good. The only downside was the pool and the gym area were under construction, but that was my fault due to not reading my email so it kind of broke my heart when I got there and they were closed cause I was really looking forward to the hot tub. But next time I stay, they will be up and running, so I will be looking forward to it.

The only downside of staying there was that the gym was unusable, and the swimming pool and hot tub were unusable, but you guys were in the midst of construction, so I understand.

Free airport shuttle is a plus. Quiet and easily accessible location. Front desk Staff were friendly. Breakfast quality was excellent.

One type of breakfast every day. Breakfast menu should be different on some days. Cleaners were invasive. Had to look for them to clean my room some of the days. Late check out time should be pro-rated for payment. A situation where you have to pay for one full night if you are to check out at 8pm should be reviewed.

Your front desk staff was absolutely amazing. I commented on your hotels very festive decorations (which I absolutely love) and the gentleman at the front counter mentioned that in the Phillipines they start decorating in September. He was very nice and it was honestly the best hotel check in I have ever had. Your staff is very pleasant and you should be very proud of them.

Not the hotwls fault, but some guests 2 doors down were extremely loud until all hours of the morning. Just yelling and having a good time. Great fkr them, but very hard to sleep.

The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant staff were so accommodating (we were traveling with littles), and the food was amazing! Gest services were very friendly and helpful.

They are upgrading the elevators, which meant only one was in service, and it was slow and not reliable (It arrived on our floor, the door opened and then immediately closed). We ended up taking the stairs to and from the 4th floor most of our visit.

I liked the room and the beds, and the way we could control the AC unit.

The scum line around the pool really needs to be cleaned, and the staff in the bar downstairs was quite slow. We were the only people in the restaurant, we could see the drinks sitting on the bar, and it took fifteen minutes for her to bring them to us. Since we had just wanted a quick drink before we left for the wedding we were attending, it made us have to rush.

Loved the AC / the bed was great. Loved the shower. I'm not giving a bad review great place I just found the bathroom needed help. Greath night sleep

In the room 323 I think toilet and counter for the sink should be renovated so you face shower when you are sitting on the toilet. Because I find that the way it is your pushed against the counter and rolls of TP. All it would take is cutting the counter to half turn toilet and have the TP roll bar be between the shower and toilet on the wall. Find that would open bath room more

Was no breakfast. Restaurant only had buffet for $21. Wife would have eaten only $5 worth so that was a no brainer. It was clean. The fan on the heater woke me every time it kicked on. Had those new thermostats and had no idea how to operate them so we left them alone. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Not terrible but just uncomfortable bordering on not soft.

This is tedious but the TV had a guide which displayed channel and movie. There was no place to see what the movie was about. Even clicking on the channel didn't help. Movies on demand for $25 The 2 of us could have gone to a theatre for less. That just did not make sense.

The staff accommodated our request at checking to have the 3 couples book to the nearest possible rooms. The food was nice.

The food was really nice bit am disappointed with the gratuity policy. We were a group of 8 people siting on a table for 8. We asked for the bills to be split and they charged the gratuity on each bill. No one advised us that we were going to pay $40 for a single table.
