Surprise Gem in West Kelowna! We stayed here for two nights during our Okanagan road trip, and honestly—it was such a surprise package! Location-wise, it couldn’t be better—just a short drive to some of the region’s most iconic wineries like Mission Hill, Quails’ Gate, Mt. Boucherie, and Frind Estate. So if you're here to sip, swirl, and repeat, you’re perfectly placed. Our room opened up to a gorgeous view of a sprawling golf course, with distant glimpses of the lake shimmering like a little secret waiting to be discovered. The room had a balcony (major win!), super comfortable beds, a microwave, and even a 24-hour coffee station in the lobby for those who, like us, believe that coffee is not a time-bound affair. Now, just a heads-up—if you’re keeping the balcony doors open during the day, the traffic noise from the road below can sneak in and break the peace a bit. And while everything else was clean and functional, the bathrooms could definitely use a little shine-up to match the rest of the comfort. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and there are several great restaurants and cafés just a short drive away if you want to explore local eats. A special shoutout to Hannah at the front desk—her warmth and hospitality made check-in feel more like a welcome hug. Honestly, the staff overall were lovely, helpful, and the kind of people who make you feel looked after without hovering. All in all, this little Marriott was the perfect base for our wine adventures—and I’d go back in a heartbeat (or a cork pop)!

Lovely comfortable room. Well equipped & comfortable beds. Balcony with good views overlooking the golf course. Good parking. Convenient for West Kelowna beach & downtown. Staff rang & emailed to check we had everything we needed in the room.

When we arrived there was a big party of teenagers from a sports club who rather took over the hotel, particularly at breakfast & they were noisy at night. Not really the hotel’s fault. Pool very small. Not a great choice at breakfast & dislike paper plates & plastic cutlery.

The property was excellent except for the tv channels. Very limited and did not offer other CANADIAN channels that are free throughout our country. I found this both annoying and insulting. I should not be restricted to only one news channel in my own country.

Discussed above. I also found that the hotel really exaggerates the cost of snacks bottled water etc to the extreme.

Breakfasts were great. Nice combo of fruit, breads, beverages and hot food. Staff was professional and courteous. The fridge in our room wasn't working. We happened to see the maintenance man and told him about it. He went in and fixed it immediately.

We had a room on even numbered room, which backed onto a fairly busy street. There was quite a bit of street noise. It was not enough of an annoyance for me to request a room change.

Room was pretty sound proof. Beds were comfy. We liked the continental breakfast and thought it was adequate. Staff was friendly, however thought they might've done something special for our anniversary as I made a note on the booking that we were celebrating there. The location is good. Still would've been a 20min walk to the closest winery though.

The smell when we first arrived in our room was funky. Not sure why it has that smell, but we got used to it after being in there for a couple hours.

Room was comfortable for 1 night. Pool and Gym access was good. The girl on the front desk at night was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Fortunately, close by, there was a pizza place open, so we were able to have something for dinner

I was surprised the restaurant was closed for dinner and no room service for dinner. My fault for assuming that their restaurant would be open for dinner. Next time I book a room I will add it to the list of things to check before booking.

Our stay at here was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly front staff who made us feel incredibly welcome. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly set the tone for our entire stay. The breakfast staff were equally exceptional, ensuring that every morning started off on the right foot with delicious food and impeccable service. Their friendliness and willingness to accommodate our dietary preferences made breakfast a highlight of our stay.

What an amazing experience! We booked this hotel to celebrate our friends engagement. The note staff were amazing. The person at the front desk Ashish was unbelievable. She upgraded our friends to a room that made for a an amazing memory and a great stay. She was so helpful and pleasant to deal with! What a great place to stay 10/10.

We loved that it was very centrally located, the staff were amazing, the room was the perfect size & beautiful view. We were amazed at how quiet it was at night, made for a great sleep!

Silly little things that is more something we notice that others may not - we found the hallways were wayy to warm & housekeeping - just the little things were missed/not known to do (I manage in hskp so I see things a bit different than someone who isn't).

It was easy to book online. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a pet friendly room which was very clean. The restaurant was very clean and organized. Continental breakfast was tasty, with lots of options. It was also close to all amenities. 5 star all the way.

Would have liked more selection of TV channels.
