We requested an early check in and was able to get that. Check in person (Saurabh) very professional and friendly. Had planned on using a travel gift card but could not find online and Saurabh contacted the Desk Manager (Valeria) To help. She also could not find so told me who to call to get matter settled and let her know how I made out. I truly appreciated both of these employees. We also received help from other staff members connecting to wifii. One of the desk staff also helped with a cooling system issue. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable. TV Worked well. Made use of coffee machine and fridge. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices

The staff were wonderful from checking in to checking out and everyone in between. The hotel couldn't have been better, wonderful experience.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing I didn't like and it wasn't the hotel but another guest. She walked around the restaurant at breakfast time with a dog under her arm. I really feel that dogs should not be allowed in the restaurant.

It was great to be able to have a glass of wine and order a pizza when we were delayed in arriving and were hungry and tired.

Not your fault but we got blocked in when I was inside and because there were inconsiderate people also checking in. The check in ahead of time was great but I had to still wait for others to check in and then had to wait until they moved their vehicles.

I loved the decor, the sights, the location, and especially the staff. Kenzie, the night manager, made my trip especially excellent, having given me incredible recommendations on where to go get some food and good places to go.

Bathroom didn't have a fan and the first half of the room didn't have any ac so when we took a hot shower, the room would become very warm and steamy, not exactly in a great way. We had to keep the second room's door open to let the AC flow through to cool down the place. Did not have a massive impact on the room itself. Housekeeping staff was otherwise helpful and kind

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the pool and hottub were great, nice breakfast each morning!

The bed was a little softer than I'm used to, but still had a really good sleep each night. Breakfast was just a little early for a holiday stay, would have been nice to have it go a bit later in the morning.

Neat and clean room specially washroom 🚻 For change in our 11 days trips this is the hotel which provides different varieties of breakfast menu not traditional breakfast. Also they have cocktail lounge open late night. Convenient location to highway,downtown waterfront and all restaurants.

Bathroom was nice. Plenty of counter space. Good sized minifridge. Breakfast was adequate. Gym was decently equipped.

Shower water pressure was too low on regular showerhead. Lobby was fairly small and loud when people were talking. Front desk staff are behind plexiglass so was hard to hear them when checking in as a loud group of people had congregated in the area.

Building well maintained, room clean and stocked and the staff was efficient and friendly. Liked the coffee in the lobby. Pool was warm and area was clean and updated. Ample parking.

Not a great tv package. The cocktail lounge could have an area a little more on the intimate side.

I liked the staff and facilities very much! Breakfast was ok and is filling. The room was very clean and comfortable. Free parking if you have a car. If you like to walk, food and other services are within good summer/autumn walking distance.

There is no restaurant on site. So, if it is winter, or raining, and you do not have transportation, you will need to order food to be delivered, apart from breakfast.

Hotel is easy to find, accessible with almost anything you need, park, church, thrift store, grocery and restaurants. Clean!!! The pool was well maintained and it’s really warm there. Breakfast was really good too, good variety of choices. The best part, it’s their staff. All are amazing people!
