The property is very clean and well taken care of. We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect. Carole Ann at the front desk was amazing. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at in this area. We didn’t not have time for breakfast in the restaurant but $16 seemed a good price for the breakfast from what we could see for selection. They also have a fire pit out back which we would have really enjoyed had it not been raining. The view over the water was very pretty. Staff definitely make you feel like family. We will be back in January

The room was very clean, and the hallways were typically free of noise. The shower was also very large and good.

The Dining Service was terrible. One one person was serving and one in kitchen on a SATURDAY night. It took almost two hours for me and my partner to get our meal, eat and pay the bill. Eating the food took up about 30 minutes of that time. The breakfast in the morning was expensive and not worth it at all. It was just like any other basic hotel breakfast so why was it priced so high? There was almost no options for vegetarians, besides sweets or cereal but it wasn’t fulfilling

Beautiful property and very clean

The front end staff was very loud and unprofessional. They announced my name etc and I was a single woman travelling alone. I spoke to her about her approach and how it made me feel. She apologized but went out to tell me her personal issues which were contributing to her bad day. I think this is an important thing all employees who are checking in pers to be very aware that they need to keep the guest personal info etc to be kept private and confidential. I was uncomfortable and I think she will consider it but it should be a standard approach.

I liked that this hotel was truly pet friendly. There was no extra fees, or agreement to sign. The staff tried to be friendly to my dogs...but my dogs are small but EXTREMELY protective so I kept them in hand. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bed was huge and so so comfy.

Was disappointed that the restaurant was not open...but I had Skip the Dishes deliver food at the recommendation of hotel staff.

Location was great.

The orange mildew on the bottom of the walk in shower is shameful for a new hotel. There are cleaners to easily remove this. Also outside the bathroom will something was wasted down the wall - impossible for cleaners not to see that. Also disappointing the restaurant isn’t open for dinner on Sunday and Monday’s. Please don’t recommend the restaurant next door - Sam’s - it was awful!

Hotel was quiet and the staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Not to far from downtown. Was only there for a short time so I don't have much else to say.

I specifically asked for a room with a tub and was given one without. The staff at the desk were kind enough to find a new room for me with a tub but it was not as nice as the room I had originally chosen. Tub was not particularly clean. I had specified I needed a late checkout and was told that was fine but the next morning the staff came and asked me to checkout at the regular time.

Free laundry room! I don't think most people knew it was there but there was a free guest washer and dryer which is great! It's also pet friendly so we could bring our dog which was very helpful.

The breakfast was pretty bare. The excuse was there was a large bus that went through before which we understand however there should be enough food planned for all guests. In this case there was almost no fruit,very few pastries left and NO bread. They made up for it by only charging for one person instead of 2 but I would have expected a hotel like the Radisson to know how to account for the # of people at their hotel.

Joe the guy who came to our room because the phone didn't work is wonderful. Most staff were really friendly.

No restaurant or sandwich bar open before 4pm. We had a function and didn't feel like going out. Lunch at the hotel would have been great. Teanagers running in the hallway really late. This was not the saff faults. I understand. Also. I really don't like children allowed to go get food at the buffet. As a parent, we never let our son touched the food etc....kids touching spoons, leaving food warmers open etc....is not right. But once again. Not the staff faults. Parents should know better.

We had a concern in the first room assigned. But the night manager Angela promptly dealt with things and switched us to another room and ensured things were rectified, even provided us breakfast vouchers.the 2nd room was comfortable, very clean and spacious. The breakfast was plenty. Thank you Angela for being so pleasant and helpful and making our stay comfortable. We would come back here again, especially because of the customer service from Angela, whose professional demeanor was reassuring.

Staff were very super friendly and front desk was very helpful, very happy that pets are allowed. It's quiet, great location and just a nice place to stay.
