Our King suite room was clean, spacious, comfy bed and well appointed with full size fridge, microwave, even had a dishwasher. We really enjoyed our 2 day stay. We had lake view and could see the Beach was really close walking distance. Hotel breakfast was very good with an array of delicious quality choices. The team made every effort to ensure all was fresh with quite a selection. Coffee was really good as well.

A small selection of continental breakfast choices with juice and coffee from 9-11 am for those who wake up a little later in the morning during summer vacations would of been great.

The room was was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good with plenty of food. We went to Greco Restaurant, which is within walking distance of the hotel and the service and food there were fantastic. The location of the hotel is a little sketchy and I wouldn't go out by myself after dark when I had to take my dog out, but the hotel has great security on the doors. It's close to the waterfront, so was able to walk my dog there in the morning times. My husband and I will definitely stay here again when visiting North Bay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at the Homewood Suites the evening my mum was discharged from the hospital, after a very challenging and exhausting 72-hours. Our stay could not have been more perfect. Customer service was above and beyond. Cleanliness was perfection. Even the breakfast outdid our expectations, with lots of options for our gluten and dairy sensitivities. We all slept so well. We've bookmarked the Homewood Suites and if we ever need to stay in North Bay again, it will be our very top choice.

We stayed in a private suite, very big and comfortable. There was minor water damage on ceiling around shower, and some trim falling off, and I feel like if small things like this stayed maintained it would be more appealing to look at. Hotel was organized, clean, amazing breakfast every morning with a ton of options. The pool was out of service and hopefully this is back soon. Professional staff and friendly atmosphere, fully pet friendly which is so amazing.

The staff and the spacious suites were great. My only complaint is that I booked this hotel because it had a pool. With unpredictable weather I wanted to make sure my family would have access to a pool if the weather is not good to dip in the lake. We did have a great time. The breakfast is great and abundant and served in a lovely restaurant. Great staff very responsive when you ask for help.

We didn’t get our room cleaned. Until our last night. I’m not sure why? I was a bit bothered about that because my son had an accident and we really needed our room cleaned. So I’m not sure why they didn’t come and clean our room. For almost $1000 for a weekend we should have had a cleaning when we requested it numerous times. I’m not sure why they didn’t we offered to leave the room when they came to clean and we even left to give them that space. But still no show.

Close to Lake Nipissing, and the waterfront with nice walking trail. Also liked that they offered suites which had a mini kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom.

Pool wasn’t open. Also there was a musty smell when you first walked into the suite and you cannot open the windows. We bought a glide plug in which got rid of the musty smell. In addition they should have coat hooks by the front door so that you had a place to hang up your coat.

This hotel was recommended by my son.. never stayed there myself... So I was very surprised when I arrived and when I entered into my room it was like a condo that you would get at a timeshare... The staff was exceptional you couldn't ask for anything better and we were able to use the dining room area to have our family get together... I will definitely stay there on my next visit to North Bay... A great place for family get togethers and just a great place for a girls weekend...

First of all the staff were exeptional, especially the receptionist when we arrived and Anik was over the top helpful in the morning. We had problems because I switched dates and booking.com was not helpful. Anik spent time helping me when she was not working. BTW, from now on I will not use a third party like booking or expedia. I will go straight to the hotel. Love the rooms, the two beds, and kitchen.

The bathroom sink did not drain normally. It needs unplugging.

Breakfast was far better than expected, with oatmeal and nuts for toppings, DIY waffles, unlimited bacon and omelets and coffee, and an open and spacious seating arrangement. Far more pleasant than the typical hotel cafeteria-like space for free breakfast of sugary cereals and carby breads. The exercise room is well-equipped and even riding an exercycle for 1 km helped my legs feel good for a whole day of driving. I think this hotel gets that to beat Airbnb they have to offer things that no one homeowner can, like a luxurious breakfast, exercise room, and wide open spaces. Even a free newspaper!

The pool unfortunately is closed for the duration, I hope it's reopened by the time I come back. Which I certainly will.

The staff at this hotel are excellent. so friendly and always eager to help. The cleaning staff, the buffet staff and the reception go above and beyond. we love the location close to the harbour.

i was travelling with my elderly parent and she finds the beds very comfortable but too high as in most hotels
